The Exo Terra Intense Basking Reptile Spot Lamp bulbs are good until they burn out. The amount of time it takes for that to happen varies with usage duration, among other factors.

What is the largest size bulb this will take?

For Bearded Dragons up to 5 months, a basking temperature of 95 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit . A 50 watt bulb will have a temperature up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit at 8 inches from the bulb while the 75 watt bulb will have a temperature up to 97 degrees Fahrenheit.

Will the 150 watt put out 115 degree heat?

This lamp will emit light up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit, if the reptile is within 4 to 5 inches away from the bulb.

Well, I ordered a lightbulb for my bearded dragon, and they just threw it in the box as well.
