This formula uses humanely raised chickens from North America. The oats are sourced from the Canadian Prairies, and the rice comes from California. The vitamins and minerals are sourced primarily from North America, Germany, and France.

Is this food ok for a 25 lb low activity senior dog?

This food is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for All Life Stages excluding the growth of large size dogs (70lbs or more as an adult). The feeding chart is a general recommendation. It can be adjusted for your specific pet when also taking into account their age, activity level, etc. If you are uncertain of the amount, you can always consult with your veterinarian.
