This lamp requires assembly and did not come with assembly instructions. Has an on/off switch but does not say which is on and off (okay, there may be a small line that I can hardly see and I'm not sure if that means on our off) - which is inconvenient since I have it on a timer and I want to be SURE it is on at night. Not sure why the product manager for these products is so sloppy. He or she should try to use the products beforehand, and always should include instructions. Basic stuff. I eventually figured out how to assemble it. I'm going to include a few images showing it assembled for other users.

Damaged Product

I usually love this product I use this clamp for both of my geckos and just got a 3rd so decided to order another one! I’ve been gone and haven’t been able to open

I usually love this product I use this clamp for both of my geckos and just got a 3rd so decided to order another one! I’ve been gone and haven’t been able to open the box. My sister bought one at our local pet shop in the meantime and today when I opened it it was all bent out of shape in all places :(

NOT well made!

I'm so disappointed that this lamp was so flimsy and poorly built. I've only had to change the bulb in it twice, and both times the dead bulb didn't unscrew from

I'm so disappointed that this lamp was so flimsy and poorly built. I've only had to change the bulb in it twice, and both times the dead bulb didn't unscrew from the socket, but pulled out, leaving the metal contact/rim stuck inside the lamp's ceramic base. I used Fluker bulbs, which I've been using for 30 years, so I don't think it was the bulbs that were the issue. After this last bulb failed, and I attempted to remove the burned out lightbulb and replace it with a fresh one, then had the same issue with the ceramic base retaining the metal/threaded portion of the bulb, I was done. Highly disappointed that the brand that I have used fairly consistently for 30 years has made such a low-quality product. It gives me pause about buying anything more from Fluker.
