Is this safe for weanlings? What is the feeding instructions for weanlings?

This product is safe for weanlings, but it should be fed based on weight. For an average 1,100-lb horse, the dose is 2 scoops. For a weanling, this should be reduced to ½ scoop twice daily for the first 10 days. For the monthly maintenance dose, feed ½ scoop twice daily for 3 days. As the weanling grows, the dose can be slowly increased according to weight.
