I love these stairs because they have a multiple purpose. Of corse, they help my cats get in their bed but they serve as a scratching post also. My older cat likes to sleep on the top step because the fabric is so soft and easy to clean. Great price, easy to put together and they play between the steps. You want be disappointed with this purchase.
We got this for our fat (20lb) cat so he could look out the window and climb on our bed. It is very easy to put together and very sturdy. He is a skittish cat and had no qualms about using these steps once I put him on them. I only used three of the four levels, but it can be made very tall. It is heavy, but that's because it's sturdy. I find him sleeping on it or peeking out the window everyday. As a fat, older cat, he was hesitant to jump down from heights, so this has really helped increase his activity level.
This four step stair is very sturdy and very easy to assemble. Each step is cushioned with soft carpet fabric. The top step aligns with the top of my bed so that my elderly, special-needs cat can access my bed easily. (So far she hasn't realized that.) The stairs are sturdy enough for a dog.
My old kitty could no longer jump on the bed BUT he could paw on it several times a night to wake me and get lifted up. It took some time and lots of treats but he is using the steps to get up on his own...SLEEP RESTORED.
I had to replace the last staircase because my new bed is higher and my cat is older. It is even better than the prior (foam) staircase, and with the fourth step she can just step onto the bed from the top step. Highly recommended.
Needed these stairs for my older arthritic kitty to climb up on my desk. She loves it and sometimes just lays on the top step I guess bc she likes the soft fabric. Super easy to put together, less than half an hour.
My 16-year-old cat quickly learned to access his humans' bed via this pet stair. No more digging his claws into the bedspread and clambering up the hard way.
We got this for our older kitty to help her get on the couches, etc. We were worried she wouldn't take to it, bit she loves it! Sturdy and soft -- it's PURRFECT!!
My 19yr old Maine Coon is slowing down & having problems getting up on the bed. No longer, he scoots up the stairs & is one happy kitty!
My 4 cats love it I have 2 that are a little chunky it allows them to get up onto my bed perfect size even in my smaller bedroom
