Hard to hook

I love the leash material but the hook (I don’t know what it’s called) is very difficult to hook up to a collar and nearly impossible to use on a two loop harness

Don't buy for a chewer

My dog is a beagle pitt mix. First time I put this on him he bit it in half in less than 5 minutes. Sticking to ropes from now on.

Dangerous

We have a small dog that pulls while walking. Recently, the clip completely snapped off of the leash altogether. We panicked, as she almost ran into the street,

We have a small dog that pulls while walking. Recently, the clip completely snapped off of the leash altogether. We panicked, as she almost ran into the street, and could have been hit by a vehicle. So, fortunately someone grabbed her, and we evaded a major misfortune, and rigged up a loop on her harness to get her home. I am going to call to request a refund, as we haven't had this leash but 10 months.
