NOTHING WAS DELIVERED even though it said it was.

I wanted to be able to give this a real review, only I never got it. For a minute I was super happy because it wasn’t scheduled to be delivered until December 29th,

I wanted to be able to give this a real review, only I never got it. For a minute I was super happy because it wasn’t scheduled to be delivered until December 29th, yet it changed, and was out for delivery today, Christmas Eve. As soon as I got the text that it was delivered, I ran out to get it because it is raining pretty hard. I opened the front door and nothing.. I went out back because that has happened before, and nothing.. I got soaking wet looking for this delivery and it was nowhere. Since FedEx has a lazy habit of leaving packages at the top of the steps instead of bringing them to the door, I really hope they weren't stolen. Either that or they were delivered to the wrong address (I hope they have cats). Either way, I don’t have it.. I am so disappointed because I won’t be able to replace my order for a while and my T-Rex won’t get most of his treats for Christmas.

I think the raised sides make it feel more contained and they like that. I'm ordering a second one right now because it makes them so happy.

Several of our cats absolutely love this. They scratch, but they also curl up and sleep in it. The catnip may attract them at first, but they clearly find it a welcoming place long after the catnip effect is gone. When the lining of the box has been scratched away we can fold up a towel in the box and kitties use it as a bed.

They love to play, scratch, and sleep in these!! I wish they had more colors and more subtle/neutral designs for our space, but the blue and green on this one is

They love to play, scratch, and sleep in these!! I wish they had more colors and more subtle/neutral designs for our space, but the blue and green on this one is nice. I like that I can easily see blood/hairballs on this design’s color, too. The only thing I wish is that this product was available in a bigger size option, too. Not all of my cats can comfortably sleep in this, or sit inside the raised edges. A family member got their cat the ‘world’s best’ brand of these since their cat is massive, but I haven’t done that given how expensive they are in relation to how quickly my fluffballs soil these things. I do like that the center piece can be flipped over and replaced, that also made me love these so much! Makes them really easy to clean up compared to other brands that cannot be disassembled.

I looked for replacement of that cardboard pad, but saw none available in that size. So I got him a whole new box. I would love it if you offered the replacement cardboard.
