About Fussie Cat

Co-Created by Cats

Instead of just assuming what kind of food cats will like, Fussie Cat lets them call the shots. Each recipe is co-created and taste-tested by cats to make sure your own kitty will love it. Aside from being highly palatable, Fussie Cat wet and dry foods are full of quality meats like boneless chicken, duck, tuna, shrimp and prawns to make sure your little carnivore is getting the protein-rich, feline-appropriate diet she needs.

Made for Meat Lovers

If there's one thing cats crave, it's the rich taste of pure meat. It makes sense, because they're obligate carnivores. Your four-legged friend probably lets you know exactly what she likes, and it's sure to be fish, poultry or meat. Fussie Cat has farm-raised poultry, ocean fish from the South Pacific, and a whole range of interesting seafood options like Threadfin Bream, smoked tuna, mussels, clams and anchovies.

Physiologically Correct Diets

Knowing that cats need meat protein to survive, Fussie Cat developed formulas that they call Physiologically Correct. As true carnivores, their bodies are extremely efficient in processing meat, so 20% of their diet should come from animal proteins. Fussie Cat's foods start with meat, are low in carbs and include a complete spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals. You can be sure your kitty's getting all the necessary amino acids, protein and other nutrients.

Kitty's Choice

With two canned food lines and several tempting dry food options, your cat can always have the dinner she prefers. Fussie Cat Premium is a tuna-based menu that pairs this popular fish with chicken or seafood delicacies. Super Premium is made for chicken lovers with boneless chicken, low sodium levels and plenty of omegas. Market Fresh dry foods are crunchy and delicious, with proteins full of vitamin B12, and antioxidant-rich cranberries and blueberries.

Outstanding Quality Control

Fussie Cat makes their top-quality foods in an FDA-registered kitchen—the same kitchen that produces canned food that's fit for people to eat. Thorough quality inspections are conducted daily for food safety, heavy metals, pathogens, contamination and pesticides, so the end product is everything that you should expect it to be.

About Fussie Cat

Fussie Cat uses a carnivore-friendly, meat-first philosophy to provide wholesome meals that are full of the animal proteins your cat needs to thrive. Meat is always the main course, and carbohydrates only appear in limited amounts. They've created recipes that not only pass the strictest international food safety tests, but also kitty taste tests with flying colors. Cats from all corners of the U.S. will find all their favorites in Fussie Cat's Market Fresh dry foods and flavorful wet foods.

cats say meow

My cats loved both flavors of fussie cat I ordered. You know they’re happy when you grab the can and they’re meowing for joy. Doesn’t smell nasty either and the only downside is I have to use a spoon to get this food into their bowls. However given their love for this food it’s worth it and I will continue to buy!

Good, but disappointing

This used to be a really great product, but the last couple of cases have been a bit disappointing. The quality of the tuna has changed with much darker meat. My cat does not eat it as enthusiastically as before. This is a premium product with a premium price and would expect a consistent quality I'm not seeing any longer

Frustrated

My cats loved this food, and now I am unable to get it from Chewy. Very disappointing and frustrating!!

A favorite that's also healthy

Both my cats love Fussie Cat canned food- all the seafood varieties (not so keen on the poultry). Ivan is diabetic, and Fussie Cat is a good choice for his diet. I usually mix it with some Tiny Tiger bits in gravy- they both like the extra gravy and it saves a little money too.

Food, Finally

When Sheba changed its recipe for its Signature tuna cat food, my cats wouldn’t touch it. I had to search high and low for a substitute. Finally, I tried Fussy Kitty tuna formula. I’m hoping there’s no recipe change on this one.

Imitation crab meat, NOT ocean fish

Read the rave reviews on this flavour and was sorely disappointed. Given the quality of their other flavours, I was expecting at least real fish with the regular tuna. But this was clearly imitation crab meat - I'm quite appalled no one has mentioned this. If I wanted the cats to eat imitation crab meat, I would've gone to my local Asian supermarket and bought a 5 pack for $2, NOT paid $60+ a meager topping of it. Felt extremely cheated and won't be buying this again.

YUM YUM YUMMY

My kitty loves Fussie Cat tuna w/ocean fish! I have to be careful to give him small portions at a time, because he has a tendency to eat it too fast!

They love it!

If there's a more popular cat food than this for my cats, I haven't found it!

Fussie; our cat's favorite

Our cats love Fussie, and this is one of their favorite flavors. Whoever invented this food can know that they may have figured out the all-time best food, loved by all ages. All the cat's person has to do is figure out which flavor is the most popular.
