Hill's Science Diet Adult Perfect Weight Large Breed Chicken Dry Dog Food, 25-lb bag

Works but SO EXPENSIVE!

I adopted a 5 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback that weighed 150 lbs. 3 years later, she is now under 120. She was a very picky eater due to being fed table food and free-feeding on dry puppy food at her previous home. I can't give all the credit to this food, but I went through a lot of brands and versions until this one. I've been feeding her this for the last year or so. It's the only one that does not upset her sensitive stomach and that she eats willingly. Her coat looks great and she seems to feel fine. Unfortunately, the price is just ridiculous now, and we go through a lot since she's a big dog. I'm experimenting with the Large Breed Senior this time to see how she does on it..

I cancelled the perfect weight and joint changed it to just perfect weight chicken you people were out of the first one so I changed food

I bought this to help my dog to lose weight. He’s about 15 lbs overweight. So far he seems to like the food. And looks like it’s working

I had the smaller (medium size) kibble on auto delivery & ran out too soon. I had to go to a local pet store & the larger kibble is all they had. I bought it and can not believe how much better my 65 pound dog eats. I never really thought the size of a kibble would make this much of a difference. I'm wondering why a vet or vet tech never mentioned anything about this before. I will never go back to the smaller kibble again. Also, both my dogs have been on this perfect weight for for years and it not only helped them loose weight but they really have stayed at the "perfect weight". My other dog weights 45 pounds and he has no issues with this size kibble, but honestly, he would not have issues with any size, he's a good eater!

Dog food is good, we were getting it at pet store before I started ordering on chewy but the one chewy sends has smaller kibble and my dog did not like it so we switched back to getting it at the pet store. Labeling is all the same so not sure why it has different kibble.

Chewy is awesome!

My dog likes her food and on it she has gradually lost some of her excess weight. Chewy is great-I messed around with my subscription a couple times, canceling and reordering, and Chewy just picked up where I messed up and I still got what I wanted in good time. And I count on them to deliver heavy bags I couldn’t wrestle to my car.

Great product

We have tried a lot of brands of dog food and found that this particular dog food has all the nutritional needs that my dog requires to maintain a healthy coat and body. When you add a small amount of warm water the food makes a gravy and my dog loves it.
