    Great quality and price

By piper on Mar 20, 2021

The birds in my area go nuts for these sunflower seeds! I was using a sunflower/safflower mix but most of the birds were picking around the safflower seeds and leaving them, so I got this instead. They are very good quality. I have chickadees, nuthatches, titmice, cardinals, goldfinches, house finches, woodpeckers and more that regularly visit and this is a favorite for all.

    Nice size bag

    By calliekoo on Mar 20, 2021 top250Contributor

I live in Texas so after the ice storm was over I went to buy sunflower seeds for my outside bird feeder and I couldn't find them anywhere in the area I lived. I went to 4 places and still none. After a couple of weeks I decided to go on line and luckily for me chewy had them at a reasonable price. I am happy and the birds and squirrels are happy too!

Birds like it & Squirrels like it too.

By ccmtgo on Feb 28, 2021

Love watching birds and squirrels eating Black Oiled Sunflower seeds. I have so many empty shells all over the yard, it gets very messy at the end of the day. Mess not a problem, I love looking at them enjoy their meal. You can see "both species" eating the seeds sitting in the bowls and they also share the several bowls of fresh water replaced everyday. They All Love It!

    Great product!

By AmandaRichey on Feb 5, 2021

We have been alternating the “birder’s blend” with this straight sunflower seed product and both do a great job of attacking a diverse array of birds in our suburban neighborhood. My husband claims that this seed seems to be best as often when we use a mix the sunflower seeds are the first to be chosen while many of the other seems get pushed aside. We’ve gotten cardinals, wrens, chickadees, blue jays and others - and often it’s a constant stream. Great product!

    Favorite Seed

By Cats on Mar 27, 2021

This is our favorite seed to feed a variety of birds all year round. The black oil sunflower seed is easier for the birds to crack open. Nice size bag to fill a large feeder which lasts about two weeks.

    This food is a hit!

By Kated on Feb 16, 2021

Whenever I buy sunflower seeds my bird feeders get so busy! They love this stuff. I’ve used a few brands before and the birds really seem to love this kind. I’m not sure what’s different from other sunflower seeds but I know the birds in my backyard eat it up quick!

    A bird favorite

By CourtneyG on Feb 9, 2021

While I have used this in my “wild” bird feeder, I also give it to my chickens. They love it!! It’s a special treat and helps fill them up on cold nights. It’s affordable and attracts all sorts of creatures. I recommend if you have a sturdy feeder.

By Ginger on Apr 4, 2021

The squirrels and birds love this product. Of course it leaves shells all over the place, then I have to sweep them up

    Cardinals!

By Casey on Feb 14, 2021

I love using sunflower seeds in my feeder. I have so many cardinals in my neighborhood and they LOVE these seeds. Even though it’s pricier than my normal seeds, I love the birds it attracts.
