I have 2 picky parakeets that love these bird greens. I give them fresh leafy greens and veggies everyday and fruit on occassion and sprinkle these bird green in with their pellets and seeds and they eat it up. I even give a small amount to my pet fancy mice and they love it as well. Tasty, healthy addition to daily food.
My Conure, Skittles gobbles up a serving of the greens every other day.
A very simple and hopefully effective way to get greens into my birds diet. Fresh greens don't last long before they're limp and unappealing so these smell good and are easy to sprinkle over their food daily.
My budgies are so picky. I've given them fresh fruit, fresh greens and they're like kids, they only love their sweets. But finally I found these greens and they really eat them. Seriously! Boudica will pick up food and throw it out of her bowls. So this must be great!
My two rescue keets have spent the last two years rejecting ALL fresh organic chop and organic pellets, they will only eat seed or treats with seed. Closest we got was Kaytee fruit and veg. So I ordered these with no expectations, and mixed a teaspoon in with their seed. They LOVE IT! I'M SO GLAD I FOUND THIS
Parrots must have Greens in their daily diet, thank you for a simple way to provide those on days when she doesn't get fresh chop.
Had to reorder these bird greens for a second time already, My two little feathered friends love them, Nice knowing they are having something besides just bird seed.
I bought this to put into the bath I got for encouragement to get in it. It worked. The curiosity was too much. Not sure if they eat on it but when it stops raining and I put the bath back on, they can play more.
My parakeets like your Kaytee Fiesta bird seed and tropical treats. How ever I have been buying this seed for 3 years at $49.99 for a 25lb bag. Now the price jumped up $30.00 to $89.99. That I was not pleased with. And the birds seed I purchase is not always available. I never receive coupons.
One ‘keet, one canary, & one tame European starling, all enjoy(demand) fresh greens-dandelions,romaine lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, green peas…but no takers for the dry finely chopped blend . Stuff smelled ‘ green ‘ but they were unimpressed .
