Convenient

So nice to have quality wildlife food sent directly to our door now that we are older and cannot deal with these things as easily. Watching the wildlife outside our window is one of our favorite hobbies.

Squirrels A+

The squirrels love the peanuts. It doesn't take very long before they are all gone. I have a family that visits my backyard, and it's so fun to watch them eat their peanuts.

Great value for price

We feed about 50 Stellar Jays each day. So you can imagine the cost and the fact that I am always looking for a good deal on bird food. This Kaytee 5 lb bag of peanuts is a great deal. They are good quality peanuts and we pay almost twice the cost at our local feed store. We highly recommend this item.

Going Nuts for Nuts!

These peanuts are always really fresh and flavorful. Great value and everyone, from squirrels to humans, really loves them! Chewy is the best, I get items for ALL my animals from Chewy.

Love that I no longer run out of peanuts. My Blue-Jays wait for me every morning These are very good quality. No broken shells. Very clean.

Great but sometimes moldy

These are great, but on occasion, I receive a bag with moldy peanuts. The last bag I purchased was the moldiest bag I've received from Chewy. There was white fuzz inside some of the peanuts and blue/black spots and fuzz on the surface of some as well. I'd say 50% looked okay, but I threw the entire bag away because I was worried I might make some birds sick, and I assumed the entire bag was contaminated even if only some peanuts showed no signs of mold.

The price for the "bird peanut" was very resonable I bought 3 bags at once.

The birds were very happy with them.. My cats were shocked when they saw the birds flying onto theDeck to get the peonuts

Unanswered,deleted questions?

I asked twice now and my questions don't show on chewy and go unanswered.I asked if these are safe for Squirrels due to the fact they are raw and raw can have a fatal fungus for squirrels.I also asked kaytee directly with no response.Id say avoid untill a response is given.

No large amount of busted shells

This is the first bag I purchasedI have bought other brands locally, and there is always a large handful of broken shells, shells broken so much they turned to powder, leaving me to sift through it to get to the peanuts in the bottom of the bag. That didn't happen this time.
