Fresh Mix but birds won't eat it

This is obviously a very good seed & suet mix, it smells nice and fresh, but the finicky birds that visit my backyard won't eat it. I've tried mixing it with my usual sunflower hearts & chips, they leave most of it. If I put it out in a pile by itself on the ground or in bird feeders, they ignore it, even if nothing else is out there. Anything I put out on the ground is usually eaten by raccoons overnight, the raccoons won't eat it. I'll keep trying to see if they just need to get used to a new mix, but probably won't buy it again. Obviously, some customers are having better luck with it, so I will recommend it. Worth a try.

Birds do love this!

Very happy with this product. It definitely disappears but I think with the suet balls in it, it doesnt disappear tooo quickly. They work at it! There is always a bird at the feeder. Its on my monthly order for sure!

Birds approved. This seed has actually increased the number of song birds I have each morning. And it is much less messy. I will purchase again
