My cats loved this for a while. They were going through two cans of the duck each, every day. Then they both stopped eating it and one got sick. They must have had a bad can. I switched to the venison but they wouldn’t eat that either. It was good while it lasted but they won’t eat it anymore.

Many health food products may be good for you but you may not be thrilled about eating them. If you have other unhealthier options in your house you will be more likely to eat them. This is the case with my cats they are choosing to eat the tastier food over this food. My Cats are very spoiled so they can be prima donnas when it comes to their tastes. I did finally sprinkle some appetite stimulant probiotic powder on top of it and then my large male ate it but he was the only one that I ever saw eating it. It was also extremely difficult to get out of the can. I don’t know if it is a lack of fat or moisture content.

2 damaged and 1 with no label

This is our second time buying, the first time was for cans of chicken that were delivered without issue. However these are so expensive to even have a little issue

I love that the food is made with natural ingredients such as venison and venison liver. This makes me feel as if I am doing better for my cats than a commercial canned food would do. It states it is grain and potato free and the ingredients seem to collaborate with this. The canned are your normal size, it is nice and juicy so the cats really enjoy that upon opening! They eat it right up!

Initially they did some smelling, but the kittos eventually all gave it a taste. Not sure if this would be a good food to try to hide medicine in, as I haven’t been able to test that yet, but I do like its grain free and a lower allergen risk protein for when I have sicker, or unhealthy ferals show up. Can also use it as a topper treat for my dog (she also frequently has GI issues plus TONS of allergies). Appreciate it’s in metal packaging so I can recycle it.

My three cats enjoyed Koha Limited Ingredient Venison Pate the very first time I introduced it to each of them. The food seems to have good digestibility as they all finished with no stomach upsets. I am very happy that they like Koha because I truly love the healthy ingredients. It appears to have a high protein content primarily from venison along with a low carbohydrate content. All this is good news for cats. In addition, I expect this food can be very helpful to those cats who have allergies to chicken or fish. We are all happy to have this new and unique venison palate and will be looking further at other Koha Pate flavors.

I like the ingredients on this product. I would say the size can is probably not the best for my household, but it probably varies by person. The pate is a thicker, dryer product compared to some other pates. It’s more ground than a loaf. It’s very similar to other venison style pate that I’ve ordered. My cat likes Venson a lot, Just Juicy may be preferred over this. She seems to like this one a little bit, but probably wouldn’t eat it every day. She’s definitely a variety kind of girl my other male cat who’s just a kitten will eat it as well so overall something I would continue to mix into their diet for a variety.

All of my cats have different likes and dislikes. All of them are high maintenance and soiled. My Rooney can't have a lot of proteins, and his sister puts her nose up to half the things I offer her. Their baby sibling will eat everything but prefers pate, cause it's easier for his little mouth to grab. They all love this brand and specifically this can. I know when I put this down, I don't have to worry about one looking at me like “What the heck.” They love it and therefore, I love it too!

Our cats are loving this KOHA Limited Ingredient Diet! They love the venison flavor and come running whenever we open the cans. Lots of meowing ensues while we're getting it portioned out. I like the pate texture, it makes it easier to portion out between my cats. Knowing it has limited ingredients lets me know I'm feeding my cats a quality food without a bunch of fillers. The size of the cans is great, as is the value for what you're getting. This brand has a lot of different flavors that my cats will most likely be trying too! Highly recommended!

Dear Chewy Staff. This is Person speaking, with a little help from my mommy, of course. I just had to let you know how utterly delightful your canned venison dinner was. What a marvelous idea, venison for a cat! It’s sophisticated, flavorful, and quite the departure from the usual fare. From the moment my mommy opened the canned the aroma was irresistible. I enjoyed every single bite, leaving not a whiskers worth behind. My tail was swishing with delight! Please tell your chefs that this discerning feline gives their recipe a high five. I’ll be reminding my mommy to restock soon.
