This bottle is designed to attach to the side of a cage, using the included wire.
What is the length of the 4oz bottle and the 8oz bottle

The length of the 4 ounce bottle from the bottom to the tip is 6 inches. The length of the 8 ounce bottle from the bottom to the tip is 8 1/4 inches.
Will This Work For Guinea Pigs?

this is great

I used another water bottle holder for this cause the one that it comes with isn’t the best, but don’t listen to all the other reviews about leaking cause you guys have to put a pee pad (for guinea pigs) under like a pot holder or something, my guinea pigs love this water bottle and its super easy to clean.

It works until it does not

I purchased 2 of these products for my 3 rats. It worked really well at first, very minimal leaking. well very recently the lid broke I'm guessing (they did not chew it at all) and all the water leaked into my rats litter box. I would really like a replacement considering I did not purchase it that long ago.

Just ordered 3 to find one will not hold water. It took about half an hour for the 8oz to drain completely. Luckily I prepared with a bowl below it so the boys didn't go dry at night. I'm not mad or surprised. This is about what I expected due to the price. It was upsetting that I wanted cheap and fast but it took 4-5 days to get here lol

poor water bottle

The water bottle leaded all over my hamsters cage I filled it last night and woke up bottle was empty with no water in it had to take half his bedding out before work

Not fantastic

The mount it uses to put the bottle on the cage is garbage, I had to buy an another mount for it to get it to actually sit right which is a chew guard. The bottle itself drips a little.

So so cute! Love this!

I only got this as a package deal with the cage I ordered for my mice. I had no idea how cute it'd be.. its clear and has bunnies, mice, hamsters, hearts, and paw prints all over it! And as a bonus, there's a toy turtle inside that floats when water is present! I love it, and the mice seem to love it as well! Totally cute. 100% recommend.

Leaking and the answer why

if you live far away and it takes a long time to arrive more then likely its broken it can break at anytime and that's why it leaks for some people and others not I would recommend buying water bottle at a store with hamster bottle near you to solve this problem when I say broken I mean the thing that stops the water from leaking breaks
