Love At First Bitr

My cat is kind of particular about toys. He has his favorite go-tos but outside of those he doesn’t really get excited about anything new I get him. But I keep trying. I have a lot of cactus things around the house, so when I saw this I knew I was going to pick one up—it’s adorable. To my surprise, he’s been playing with it all day long—absolutely having a blast. I showed it to him, tossed it on the bed, and then he spent the next half hour playing with it nonstop—another rarity! I think the combination of textures with the plush material, the little rope tie cactus barbs, and the crinkle material inside the front all add up to a lot of different stimulation all in one—and it’s big enough for him to hug, bite, and kick all at once. It’s a keeper.

Not as popular as the catnip banana

My cats adore the banana with catnip in it so I thought that I would try a new shape for them. They had a tiny bit of interest the first day and then ignored them after that. Of course they will not tell me what they are not happy about. I am guess that it is one of the following: the cactus arms stick out when the cat tried to grab and wrestle with it. Or, they find the rustling sound of something inside a turn off. Or, perhaps because of that ....rustling material they do not get exposed to as much of the catnip. I am not sure why but they are not crazy about them. I will go back to the bananas....which they LOVE.

Mr Cactus

We got this for our cat, Gizmo cat, an he loves it! the day we got it an gave it to him he grabbed it an started biting an rubbin' on it, its his first ever toy! He was in our bathroom with it, an was on the dryer with it, an i had left the room, an when i came back he had jumped on the dresser an laid down... an guess what he had with him? THE CACTUS, he had carried the cactus with him, from the dryer to the dresser, an laid down with his cactus buddy an went to bed. This was delivered November 9th i believe, an its now November 21st, an its still in good shape! The only bit of ware on it is a little loose red string on its eye, an just little "indents" on it were he's bit it, but that's all. he's not a rough when he plays, but it still seems to be made pretty well! just be aware that ours did have crinkle stuff in it that im assuming is some sort of plastic- so just be careful if your cat is rough with His/Her toys incase they tare it open an get the plastic out. I would give it 4 an a half stars due to the crinkle material/plastic in it because of my concerns with that an if the cat does manage to get it out.

My cats love it!

I call them my cats, but these cats came with the apartment when I moved in to my building. They are strays, but I've earned their trust and love. So, I wanted to see if they'll play with this toy, and not did they only played, they hugged it, played with it, and basically love it! Recommended

she can wrestle it!

My cat is big on playtime and that includes play biting. I didn't want to be the subject of her bites so I got this and she loves it. It's a bigger toy so she can grab it and wrestle it around and bunny kick it. the crinkles are a welcome addition too!

Catnip Kicker

My cats like it but I have to keep it away from my foster dog because he likes it even more. I have to keep it on a floor or table that he can't reach. My cats are all older and I have seen all of them playing with it at one time or another. Would definitely order again.

We had to buy more…

We have five cats and their ages are super spread out from 1-7+. We have a new baby that loves soft toys but the rest favor balls, mice or strings. Turns out these were a huge hit with all of them. We bought several more cacti and a few pineapple. They’re all just a blur playing with the toys, it’s been difficult to get pics lol Will be buying more for Christmas gifts!

Cactus Kicker with Silvervine

Right out of the box my cats were not at all impressed. It was a waste of money as it just lays around catching dust. No one plays with it. I'm guessing I got an old one and the catnip and silvervine lost its scent? I would certainly not recommend

Cactus Approved

My picky cat does not generally like toys. Couldn't be bothered by them. I wanted to find something for him, so I took a chance on this. He absolutely loves it! Spent half the day biting and kicking it. Fell asleep with it and does not want to be without it! I moved it when he was asleep and he woke up, grabbed it, played a bit more, and fell back asleep with it.

Kickie Cactus!

Just saying "get your kickie cactus" is a lot of fun for me. This is a good kicker toy. Beware that if your cat is a picker, the thread "thorns" can be pulled out if your cat makes it an agenda. Perfect size and a good crinkle sound as well.
