The soft bandage boot has a durable, anti-skid sole made of flexible rubber that protect soft bandages for up to two weeks. Although durable, it is not chew proof.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I’m truly disgusted with this item. 100% rip off. The quality is so cheap, it literally started to tear on the very FIRST walk. The material is also very cheap-

I’m truly disgusted with this item. 100% rip off. The quality is so cheap, it literally started to tear on the very FIRST walk. The material is also very cheap- the Velcro is ridiculous. Hardly stitched on. It slides down your dog’s leg no matter what because of the material they use for it. I can’t believe they’re asking $42 for this product. Do not buy it.

This product is essential after any leg surgery to keep the cast and/or bandage clean and dry. The two Velcro straps keep it snug up and down the leg; the draw string

This product is essential after any leg surgery to keep the cast and/or bandage clean and dry. The two Velcro straps keep it snug up and down the leg; the draw string tightens the boot to make it snug at the top, and the sliding knob keeps the draw string from loosening. The built-in rubberized “foot” makes walking manageable. The boot is shown on a dog’s front leg, but it is working well on our dog’s back leg where the cast and bandage are located. The boot does take two people to put on and take off-one to deal with the boot and one person to hold up the dog’s back section to slip it on. This, however, may be because our dog is an energetic spaniel (even on “calm down” meds. The doctors insist the this boot is only meant for brief outside walks to take care of business. It must removed indoors as it does not allow the paw to breathe. Overall, I highly recommend this product after leg surgery.

Life saver!

The Medipaw was a tremendous life saver for me and my 126 pound dog. Having had surgery on his paw, we were required to keep it covered for 2 weeks to prevent infection

The Medipaw was a tremendous life saver for me and my 126 pound dog. Having had surgery on his paw, we were required to keep it covered for 2 weeks to prevent infection. We tried other options to cover his paw but were left extremely frustrated as nothing worked. Needless to say, trying to pick him up and carry him out to potty was out of the question. He is a big guy but his skinny legs worked best in the medium size. The Medipaw worked like a charm! My vet recommended the product and we love it! Note: I originally ordered a large according to my measurements but it was too big and it twisted around his leg. I later ordered the medium and it worked perfectly. Happy Dog - Happy Dog Mom!

Pretty Good while it lasts...

This works pretty well for weather if your dog has a bum foot that needs to be kept dry. HOWEVER, it does NOT last long at all before it starts falling apart and

This works pretty well for weather if your dog has a bum foot that needs to be kept dry. HOWEVER, it does NOT last long at all before it starts falling apart and is no longer waterproof. I recommend spending the $10 extra and getting the rugged boot. That is why I am only giving it 3 stars. For as much as it costs, it should last longer than 2 weeks!

It falls apart quickly

It fell apart after about 45 minutes use her the course of the day with her walking around in the yard. That was a lot of money down the drain.

Doesn't stay up

Bought this for our dog who had staples on the top of her paw, with the hope that it would keep her incision dry from the snow while she's out for potty breaks

Our dog is 90lbs with a cast on his whole leg. This was plenty large to cover it for when we went outside. It was water resistant. But got damp when there was a lot of water puddles. Tall for our dogs legs so I shortened it from the top.

We've used these in the past and we're quite durable

Lately, I've had to send one boot back due to poor quality control of the manufacturer. Bought another not as bad as the previously ordered boot..it can be fixed. Medipaw

Lately, I've had to send one boot back due to poor quality control of the manufacturer. Bought another not as bad as the previously ordered boot..it can be fixed. Medipaw needs to make sure their QC team is in check before sending products to be sold. Other than that, they are very protective for post op recovery.
