Clumpy & Moldy

I filled my 5 feeders with with seed combo, then had to go out of town for a week. Upon my return, the feeders were mostly full, and when I opened the lids, realized

I filled my 5 feeders with with seed combo, then had to go out of town for a week. Upon my return, the feeders were mostly full, and when I opened the lids, realized that the seed had turned into 1 big clump. One of the feeders was coated with mold. This seed would be appropriate to throw on the ground, but not for filling a bird feeder.

GOOD CLEAN WILD BIRD FOOD

I mix this with Roberto's Game Bird food to make a mix for the songbird feeder and to sprinkler on the ground for birds that eat on the ground. Mixing the 2 together

I mix this with Roberto's Game Bird food to make a mix for the songbird feeder and to sprinkler on the ground for birds that eat on the ground. Mixing the 2 together makes a mix of seed variety and size so all the wild birds from Blue Jays to Quail can get food to eat.

Does not attract birds

Thought we would try this instead of Kaytee fruit and nuts. The birds will not go to feeder. Other feeder has golden safflower which attracts all the birds.

The birds seem to really like this food. Feeding cardinals, jays, doves, chickadees and sparrows. Not a lot of left overs on the ground.
