Not a good product for older dogs. Buyer should be warned of this. It has caused severe stomach issues in my 9 year old Standard Poodle. It was on my Order No. 1291592952 of 12-20-22
It came quickly and is just what we needed to put in our puppy's food that's home made.
My Maggie Mae Girl likes the taste when I mix it with pumpkin.
I have been making homemade dog food for about a year now and I add this and a multivitamin in and it is really good to add in food recommend
Wish there was a different form of giving to our dog. The powder sometimes drops to the bottom of the bowl instead of being consumed. Should be in a tasty tablet /treat form. It’s something our dog needs for hip dysplasia.
I cook for my puppy, and this is an excellent supplement for the growing puppy. He loves the smell and the taste, and people who are saying, "it smells awful", please keep in mind, what smells good to us may not smell good to our fur babies, and vice a versa. The most important proof is the results, and my puppy is growing at an enormous rate with strong bones and teeth. I intend to give him this supplement everyday, until he's fully grown, then reduce the feeding to occasional supplement.
I bought this to supplement the homemade dog food I prepare for Ben, my Golden Retriever. I sprinkle and mix it in with his food. He eats it, no problem and I don't have to worry about his diet being Calcium-Phosphorus deficient.
I was disappointed at how large the serving size was for the amount of calcium it provided.
Bought this originally for my fast growing large puppy. Am now buying a third time because my ridiculously finicky 3 year old kept eating the puppy's food. I honestly don't know if it works, both dogs are very healthy, and now the 3 year old is finally putting on a bit of weight!
I’m giving this to my 4 month old GSD pup to help with his ear cartilage since he’s teething and that’s using most of his calcium is going. It’s helping his ears.
