What are the benefits of Neo-Predef with Tetracaine Powder?

Successful in the treatment of acute otitis externa in dogs Antibacterial powder with anti-inflammatory and soothing anesthetic effects. Adheres well to moist surfaces.

How is this medication given?

Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your veterinarian. If you have difficulty applying the medication, contact your veterinarian.

The ear or area of skin should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before treatment. For the ear, remove any debris, crusty material, etc., with a suitable nonirritating ear cleaning solution. How does this medication work?

Neomycin is an antibiotic, isoflupredone is a corticosteroid, and tetracaine is a topical anesthetic. This combination of the three active ingredients work together at the site of infection or wound to kill bacteria, provide anesthetic relief, and to decrease inflammation. Isoflupredone has a potent anti-inflammatory effect and works blocking the production of substances that trigger allergic and inflammatory actions. Tetracaine has a numbing effect on the nerves in the area applied, to reduce discomfort.

What results can I expect?

Neo-Predef with Tetracaine works promptly to decrease the symptoms, and the effects last for hours. The tetracaine and isoflupredone help to soothe the area and prevent further trauma from licking or scratching at the site.

    Love, love, love this product!

    By The22ndday on Sep 10, 2021

My husband and I have fostered approx 70 pups over the last 7 years or so. We have 4 pups of our own. This Neo-Predef powder is the best product we have ever used for hot spots, areas that pups will chew sometimes when anxious or bored. It appears to cool down the area and the pups leave it alone to heal.

    Excellent product

By WestieLover on Apr 27, 2021

I’ve been using this for years and it’s a great all around skin relief product. It also works well if your dogs are chewing on their feet. Just shoot a little between their pads and it usually takes care of it.

I have a dog that needs to have her legs wrapped and sometimes moisture builds up under the bandages and creates sores. A little of this and no sores.
