Lola is my 14 year old cat I adopted her at 8 years old., My vet recommended fish oil for keep her healthy her fur is super soft, but had a blood panel ran a couple of months ago just to make sure everything was good at 14 years old, test results were perfect all the way down the list so perfect vision coat and most of organs are great. Been using this for 8 years on my senior love bug it is paying off. I am not sure it helps with shedding or not. Love it I Use cat sip from Chewy
My Bubby has had a skin irritation since he came to our shelter. We thought it was nerves. He would lick holes in his skin. I decided to foster him to help reduce his stress levels and he was still over grooming. I took him to the vet and she said he had some crystals in his bladder called “sterile cystitis” which means his crystals are caused by stress not bacteria. As for the grooming he seemed to have an allergy. I thought I’d try this as I was told it helps with skin and coat and I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and his hair is growing back in!! I’m so pleased that he is no longer suffering!
My vet recommended to supplement this specific oil and brand for my cats. They’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed a tremendous difference in both their energy and coat. Definitely a must have in your cat’s diet!
I have 2 older rescues - their coats, over time, have become lack luster and riddled with dandruff. My vet recommended trying a fish oil supplement. Read the reviews - and chose this one. What a difference it is making. Coats are shining up, losing the shedding and the dandruff is gone. Easy to use.
I was wondering if this would be something that I should try with her she's 15 now. Need something that's good n healthy. She's very picky about certain tastes. For her skin, bones etc. Thanks 😊
May be it is not medicine but it helps my cat to take his medicines. Mauricio has terrible seasonal skin allergies, and doctors do not know why. So I am giving him antihistaminics (just to make him scratch less) and this oil helps him to swallow the horrible medication. Also, one doctor told me that the omega oil has antiinflamatory properties, so probably it helps my cat to feel better. Mauricio loves this oil, I just put it in a plastic spoon and he licks it with pleasure.
This has done a great job helping to soften our cats fur. Much cheaper than buying food that does the same thing. And they don’t mind it (on canned food).
I have two cats. The youngest one’s coat was really dull and dry. I gave it to both cats and it was easy to use the dropper as there are markings on the dropper so you can provide the correct dosage. I’ve used up 2 bottles of this product but unfortunately the product didn’t do anything for my youngest ones coat however at least they were getting some omega 3. (A little later my kiddo was diagnosed with CKD so maybe that was the reason I didn’t see any changes in his coat)
Started with a smaller dose for a couple of days the went up to the weight suggested amount. Cat feels better and eats much better. I would definitely recommend!
None of my cats will eat this unless it's mixed into a pate, which I can't do for my chunky guys lol
