This mat is perfect for our couch! Our little shih tzus are seat thieves and this mat gives them a cozy place of their own. It is super soft, thick, and has a backing that prevents it from sliding around. For reference, Cora is 8 pounds and Spud is 14 pounds. The mat is intended to be a crate mat, so I also tried it in our crate and it fits perfectly! To test the absorbency, I poured a glass of water on the mat and waited an hour. I am very impressed that the water did not seep through. My daughter hopes to get a puppy soon and I will recommend this product to her for the bottom of her crate. I washed the mat as instructed and hung it to dry and it kept its shape and looks like new! I am very impressed with the quality of this product and will be back for more.

Luna absolutely loves her new crate mat! The 4 ft size is perfect for this 50+ lb Pitbull mix and I can see that it will be a multi-purpose mat as well. It fits a 4 ft wire crate beautifully and the anti-slip backing means business and stays well put on the plastic bottom. I love that it’s waterproof and has moisture wicking for the occasional spills, and is machine washable. It’s very well made, seems quite durable, and is luxuriously soft. Luna’s comfortable whether in a crate, or on seats of the car, or across the large sofa hassock that she loves to sleep on….. definitely a multi-purpose mat that will be well used and enjoyed for ages!

This mat is the softest over ever felt. Both my dogs took to it immediately and ended up in one kennel together to lay on it. That shows how much they liked it because they are not snuggly dogs who like to be close like that, they each prefer to stay in their individual kennels. It has small rubber dots on the back which make it nonslip so perfect when my dogs are being rambunctious. This appears to be great quality. My grandson keeps taking it from the dogs to lay on it. The only downside is now I need to buy 2 more, one for my other dog and one from my grandbaby lol

When the bed arrived it was tightly packaged and we could not see the real quality until opened it. Immediately we knew this mat is made with great quality. Once we opened it and felt how soft it is I almost wanted to use it as a bath mat. :) However Comet had other plans. He immediately plopped down on it and gave it a few good roll overs . We put it in the kennel and he almost did not want to come out. When he did he knocked over his water bowl and we found out real quick how well this thing holds water. We let it hang to dry and it was good as new. We have had it now about a week or so and Comet loves it. I like it so much I might order another for that bath mat. Thanks Chewy!!

We’re really happy with the Paw Inspired Washable Padded Dog Crate Mat. Our dog is a burrower and usually tears through bedding, but he hasn’t been able to rip this one. He took to it right away, and it fits our standard crate perfectly. It’s a bit compacted, and I wish it were thicker for comfort, but overall it’s tough, washable, and a solid choice.

Hair sticks to the backing

I recently ordered two of these pads to top my older dog's cot-style bed. She's somewhat incontinent now, and that, and the non-fleecy surface was my main reason

I recently ordered two of these pads to top my older dog's cot-style bed. She's somewhat incontinent now, and that, and the non-fleecy surface was my main reason to choose them. They do wash and dry easily, but I'm disappointed in how much hair sticks to the backing. That's something you just can't tell from photos.

The washable pad fits perfectly in the bottom if the crate and the padding seems thick enough for my Rusty. I run through washer and dryer and there is no bunching

I have also used it the the dloor boaed of the car, my dog perfers to ride there. No complaints with product it us as described.

I use it on my bed between my and my husbands feet and it is truly waterproof and washes easily. Would highly recommend for puppies or elderly pups that may not make through the night

I’ve bought multiple beds so my new puppy wouldn’t have to lay on hard plastic of her kennel and every one she shred to pieces. The only thing she had been able to chew off of this is the outer lining, which does not alter the appearance at all in my opinion. I also love that it can be washed if she has an accident and the non slip grips help keep it in place.
