How many times can this be removed & replaced before it won’t stay “closed” anymore?

Can these be washed and reused?

Answer by ChewyMar 21, 2024
Although PawFlex Bandages are disposable they are also very durable and often can be hand washed to get several uses from 1 Medimitt. They are not intended for outside use, indoor use only is recommended. For outdoor capability, try the Medimitt Outdoor waterproof cover which slides over the Medimitt and utilizes the same strap (purchased separately).

Can dog take it off?

Answer by ChewyAug 07, 2019
If your dog chews or pulls off his/her bandage, you may still need to use a cone when they are not supervised.

My dog has to have a cream put on her foor before we wrap it. Can we apply cream in this?

Answer by ChewyJul 27, 2021
When using PawFlex bandages, it is recommended to change, cleanse and reapply medicine 3 times a day unless otherwise prescribed by your veterinarian.

Great temporary protection for walks in the city

There are very thoughtfully and well made, and the quality is excellent. Gracie got a cut between her paw pads, and it took 6 weeks to heal. These were a huge help with walks, although they don't last long. I used a piece of masking tape to secure the velcro.

disappointing

Difficult putting them on. It was easy for her to pull off and she started to eat it. Don't waste your money.

The video on the page wasn’t helpful at all. I was looking for a disposable booty where I could just toss it out if they got dirty. I found this on Chewy and it looked easy enough. It said it was inside out which it was. I didn’t see a lot of information about it though and how to properly use it. On the pictures it look like you put the padding part was to be placed inside of the booty, but then you couldn’t properly seal it with the Velcro.

Bought these to try for a foot protector as my pup tore a nail. Thought they would be good coverage for potty breaks to keep dirt off. The padding inside bunches and slides around, caused more irritation than protection, and they slide off the foot as my pup walks.

I got these for a foot injury for my pup to prevent looking. Product looks nothing like the pictures, comes inside out so the part that is supposed to be clean for

I got these for a foot injury for my pup to prevent looking. Product looks nothing like the pictures, comes inside out so the part that is supposed to be clean for protection is on the outside getting handled, and the straps broke of 2 just trying to get them turned over. Especially for the price, not impressed. We threw them out, don’t waste your money, get gauze and a real boot instead

Not What We Expected

This is not sturdy and not after trying one, we threw the rest away.
