The stepper is totally useless. Cats do not use it. So there's poop urine and cat litter that collects in it that you have to clean. The top plastic guard overhang the cat litter which causes the cat outside the litter box and on the plastic do not buy it's a waste of money.

I loved the ease of cleaning this litter box. It reduced the smell. However, I have a VERY clumsy cat. She managed to fall out of the litter box sideways. As she fell, she managed to slice the webbing between her back toes. She required 5 stitches and two weeks in a cone. The edge is rounded plastic but it has the tiniest bit of a ridge where the plastic is joined and she hit it just right to cut herself. We had to buy a different one where the edges point down.

I was very disappointed in this litter box, especially for the price. This stainless steel is not non-stick. I use the same clumping litter and when changing it

I was very disappointed in this litter box, especially for the price. This stainless steel is not non-stick. I use the same clumping litter and when changing it the entire bottom of the box was caked with 2 inches of solid litter that was impossible to scrape off the bottom. Disappointed.

My 16 pound cat consistently would pee on the back rim of the box. It’s just too small for the large cat. Additional with 5 cats it was unable to handle the use

This is a really great litter box in theory, but it easily scratched with the provided metal scooper. Wet litter would then get caked in those scratches and no matter

This is a really great litter box in theory, but it easily scratched with the provided metal scooper. Wet litter would then get caked in those scratches and no matter how we scrubbed could not get it out. Incredibly disappointing given the price. We ended up throwing it out today and will go back to plastic even though had hoped for metal from a sanitary perspective . Regrettably did not take any pictures. We do love all their other products and were hopeful for this one. Would look at other metal liter boxes in the future but would only use a plastic scooped.

The extra height does a great job at preventing accidental messes. The step stool is unnecessary considering my cats refuse to use it. It's nice a scoop included

It's nice a scoop included but it doesn't work well with clay litter, it's a bit small/shallow plus it's metal which is REALLY unpleasant to use with the metal box.

The little step is worthless for my cats. They either jump over it or around it. Urine is easier to scoop and does not clump on the bottom of the pan like it does with plastic. I'm satisfied with this purchase!

I also have to use force to scrape it off the bottom, and I am using plenty of litter, the recommended amount. Why or why do they pee against the sides?! Also, the grate takes up space in the litter box. She did not like the step designed to catch litter. I'm going back to the Frisco high-side x-large box for my second cat.
