My cat needs to lose some weight. So I got these for him. Little did I know he'd love it so much he'd chew through it in a couple weeks. He's a wildman, so I'm not saying don't buy these. Your cat will love them. But they might be better made of some other material for the wand, if you're cat is a chewer.

I've been through a few cat wand toys with an active young cat. I found that that flexible wires were getting kinked with sharp edges. I like that this one is a string. The only draw back is it's not very long, but my cat loves it. So far it hasn't broken but I haven't had it very long.

My newly adopted 8 year old Burmese is absolutely WILD for this wand. It's the best on the market and I love three options to apply - coon tail, and 2 feather options

My newly adopted 8 year old Burmese is absolutely WILD for this wand. It's the best on the market and I love three options to apply - coon tail, and 2 feather options. My calm sweet kitty transforms into a wild panther at the sight of this toy. It's his favoritate by far and a perfect way for me to bond with my new cat. I highly recommend this toy!

Out of all the wands my kitten has, this one is the most reactive. He goes absolutely bonkers for it, it really satisfies that prey drive for him. 2 months in &

Out of all the wands my kitten has, this one is the most reactive. He goes absolutely bonkers for it, it really satisfies that prey drive for him. 2 months in & all of the ends are still in amazing shape too! The way that the rod comes split is a little weird, and it does easily fall out from a certain angle, but like 80% of the time it’s a non-issue. I could probably stick it together just fine with apoxie sculpt probably, but I don’t want to mess with how springy it is!

Coon tail is dangerous!

I purchased this because I thought my cat would enjoy the "coon tail." What I didn't realize is the tail is a series of broken feather clusters, attached to a string

I purchased this because I thought my cat would enjoy the "coon tail." What I didn't realize is the tail is a series of broken feather clusters, attached to a string. When I pulled it out of the bag, I scratched myself on one of them, separated the tail pieces to see what I scratched myself on, and that piece came off! There are many, many more just like it. In addition, in the few seconds it took me to find one to take a picture of, several feather pieces came off - I didn't pull on anything. It's not worth it.
