My dog was ill and would not eat. She would however eat if we took some canned dog food and doctored it with this milk. The can says it can be used for convalescing dogs.

    Need to compare milk replacers

    By on

This is a good product, but lower in protein than Esbilac. So check with your vet as to which product you need. This mixes up easier than Esbliac, but is a bit grainier. I am using it to get puppies started on solid food. But my singleton puppy needed the higher protein.

    Good product !

It really works, the puppies love it, the only thing is that you have to use hot water to get a smooth milk, if you use the cold tap water you’ll get lumps.

Pups loved this formula as a treat during weaning. Gave it to them as a morning treat and an evening treat just before bedtime.
