Only gave them a small amount to their dry food each meal for several days, and yet all four of our Newfs had diarrhea from it each time. Tried again some weeks later and same results. They did like the food though!

This 1 star review is for the pet food and does not reflect my service with Chewy. In November, I found blue plastic in one of my cans of food. Immediately contacted Chewy and they dispatched me another case. Mistakes happen, I get it. But then I found another piece of plastic in another can in December, but this time, a different color. I was honestly scared to even report it because I didn’t want Chewy to think I was making this up. I reported it again and let them know I wasn’t looking for another case but just wanted to let them know I found another piece of plastic and I will just change brands at this point and Chewy refunded me my money for that item in my order. So 5 stars to Chewy and their customer service. I have wrote PetKind and asked them to open an investigation since I did not see this food listed as a recall but I haven’t heard anything back yet. I’m very disappointed because my dogs loved this food, I loved the ingredients list, and I feel this product has contributed to my dogs superior health (as said by the vet). But I cannot chance my animal’s stomach and wellbeing on finding anymore debris in their food. Both cans had the same lot number.
