Amazing product, one gripe.
This is an amazing product! All three of my cats love this thing and we even got a second one for their room and our living room. It's perfect because my husband and I both work and we can leave this on while we're at work so they can get a healthy amount of exercise while we are away. The only problem I have with this product is that it kills batteries like crazy, which I assumed it would. I recommend purchasing some rechargeables if you plan on getting this product. Overall an amazing item and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a freestanding laser.
Endless entertainment
I have a cat that loves to parkour at 3am. I have coat hooks hanging from a door that I leave from so I hung this there. I activate it when I go to work and I sometimes activate it when I come home as I hang up my keys. She used to sleep in the bedroom snuggled next to her sister cat. Now she occasionally sleeps in front of the door, waiting for the laser light to turn on. On occasion I turn it on before I go to bed. Her sister kitty knows exactly where the laser comes from and couldn't care less.. She watches while the psycho kitty runs around trying to catch the light. Entertaining both cats at the same time.

Purchased this as a birthday gift for kitty's 2nd birthday. She absolutely loves chasing the elusive red dot. The setting is easy to use and it's great so she can play even if you're not home or asleep and kitty is prowling
Cats love this
My cats really liked this toy. The problem is if you set the timer, it takes too long to go back on it’s 15 minutes every two hours. Most cats don’t want to wait that long. Also,The batteries do not last long enough and I do use Duracell batteries.
fun but maybe defective?
My cat who likes lasers LOVES this toy, especially if I put some chewy wrapping paper underneath it. Unfortunately the play all day setting doesn't seem to be working on mine.
It’s ok so far
First, this toy was delivered in the same box as two full-size boxes of kitty litter, so the little toy box was smashed. Luckily the toy seems ok so far. It does make a buzzing sound with every movement of the laser, which tends to distract my cat. Also, you have to set it up pretty high to get any real range. I was also disappointed to realize it takes 3 AAA batteries, which do not last very long. But for now, my kitty seems well-distracted, which was my goal.
it’s a keeper
My cats love this! It took a bit for them to get into it but now we have one that asks for it! Sometimes the every two hour mode doesn’t kick on that is the only downside.
Great until it broke
This toy was fabulous! My kitties LOVED IT! I do wish it was rechargeable because I went through batteries pretty quick! The toy was so great until it stopped working one day. I have changed batteries many times and the toy just will not turn on anymore.
Worked like a charm
This device was dope! It was so good it distracted me many times, my bf had to distract me with food. I love it! Oh yea, my cat loves it too, and it works at a good level which was the issue with all the past toads we've tried that never became the prince of my cats toys to entertain.
Better than my tired arm
Pros: *My cats really enjoy playing with this. *My arm doesn't get tired while playing with them. Cons: *The dot is small and dim (I tried different batteries and it didn't help) and hard to see with much light. It's best in a dimly lit space. *It needs to sit up high if you want the laser to move around in a space more than a foot wide. *The feet arent sticky. (my cats knock it off the counter, as it has to sit on the very edge)
