Didn't send for several days

Customer service promised to overnight a duplicate order after I didn't receive the order after 6 days. I ordered it on a Thursday, it was due on a Monday. I was

Customer service promised to overnight a duplicate order after I didn't receive the order after 6 days. I ordered it on a Thursday, it was due on a Monday. I was promised a duplicate order would be overnight shipped so I could go on my vacation (taking the dog with me). They never sent it. My vacation was ruined. I couldn't leave because they didn't overnight the order and I had to delay leaving a day. I was told a "supervisor" would call. They never did. I finally received the order on Friday when it was due on Monday. The box looked like an accordion. Luckily, the medication was okay. This is the second time I had trouble with a Chewy subscription. I'll use Walgreen's next time and at Walgreen's, I just found out, it's half the price for the same amount of medication.
