Feed adult cats 1 TR per 3 lbs of body weight daily. Divide into two or more meals. Adjust as needed to maintain ideal body condition.
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time. 1. Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days. 2. Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days. 3. Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days. 4. Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.
My older cat will not touch this food but my daughters 1 year olds gobbled it up. So I guess it depends on the cat. Go figure.
Having trouble finding these at stores around the area. Overjoyed to find them at Chewy. Very timely shipment too.
My cats didn't like this one. It might be the chunks; they usually eat pate. My feral didn't eat it either.
Cat food wasn't very moist. Cats smelled it & walked away. Added some water & they licked on it a little, but weren't interested.
My finicky boy loves it. I always hold my breath when I try anything new on Casper.
Looked so good on screen but chicken is not usually dark brown in color. That confused me. Giving to my kitties seems they agreed. Wanted no parts of it. Taking care of a couple of strays so put it out for them. Won't order again.
My outdoor cats had grown tired of their previous wet food. Tried this one and they love it. I split the one between the two and it is gracious plenty for their supper.
I thought my cat was ill, because he had lost weight (he was a fat kitty to start with), but it turned out that he didn't like the new food I had been feeding him. I switched to Friskies Glazd and he's doing much better now!
I bought it as a special treat. It sure looks tasty to me but my cats don't all agree. The one I got it for doesn't like it. Others do. Too expensive as daily food.
My cat loves this food!! I have to give my cat medicine every 3 days which is very difficult. I crush his pill and put it in his food. I've tried so many foods. He plows thru this one without hesitation - meds and all. Totally cleans the plate!
