It says "animal fat", can you say whether it's chicken fat or lamb fat or pork fat? My dog is allergic to chicken, egg, duck, turkey, and lamb.

Unfortunately I fear it is this food causing my dogs skin issues after reading similar reviews that happened after switching their dog to this food. I switched my dog to this food about 4 months ago and he started chewing his paws obsessively, scooting like his glands are bothering him, but no ear infection so hard to say it’s the food specifically at a very expensive vet visit. Just wanted to share in case it helps anyone else struggling with the same thing. Which is weird so many people are having this same issue with this food when usually salmon is a better swap.

Delivery company is terrible.

FedEx never delivers the food to my front door and often the box comes damaged or open I’ve been using chewy for a long time but I’ve had enough of the delivery

I still don't know why the changed it to skin and coat. What does that have to do with sensitive stomachs which is what it used to be called.

Beau loved this food but recently hes started with tummy issues. His Vet says it's a food allergy so I have to throw the food out. We will be making a switch to the Purina Pro Limited ingredient going forward. Always monitor your furbaby for tummy issues when they're eating, food allergies can develop after years of them eating something . Not Chewy or Purinas fault, it just happens.

The BEST food for my Doberman

I’ve been feeding my Doberman Purina since she was a puppy. Unfortunately, she has had undiagnosed digestive issues her whole life that came to a head when she was

I’ve been feeding my Doberman Purina since she was a puppy. Unfortunately, she has had undiagnosed digestive issues her whole life that came to a head when she was 3 years old that turned out to be a B12 deficiency. She lost a scary amount of weight in a short amount of time. The vet had me feeding her prescription food and I ended up trying 3 different types of prescription foods and giving oral B12 supplements and NOTHING was helping her symptoms or weight gain. I switched her to B12 injections but she still didn’t gain any weight while eating prescription foods even though her symptoms finally were under control. I ended up deciding to add in Purina One FortiFlora Probiotic supplements daily and switched her to this food and she gained 20 lbs and her symptoms are still 100% under control! I’m not only saving money by no longer feeding her prescription food, but she is finally healthy, happy, and at 4.5 years old she has finally hit a healthy 80 lbs and is maintaining it consistently. Purina is the BEST!!!

Both of my dogs really enjoy this food and it makes their coats shiny and soft. One of my dogs has sensitive skin and so far she seems to thrive off of the salmon

Both of my dogs really enjoy this food and it makes their coats shiny and soft. One of my dogs has sensitive skin and so far she seems to thrive off of the salmon based one, no itchy ears. The smell is kinda stronger than other foods being that it’s salmon. But the dogs enjoy it and they do great on this food
