Does Purina one come in venison for large puppies

No, they haven’t come out with that yet. But you could buy the Purina venison one and mix some in with the Large breed puppy one just do 1/4 of venison per feeding.

Are the chewy pieces chicken or soy?

The tender meaty morsels in this formula are made from chicken.
We are getting an older mixed breed puppy about 7 mths old unsure what she is exactly, they said husky /German Shepard mix I think catahoula possibly maybe Australian Shepherd maybe some German really unsure. I didn't know at about 7 months or so she is 47-50 lbs. Would this large breed be ok?

This formula is intended for large breed puppies. There are individual differences in growth and development for all breeds. Due to their unique growth rates, it is critical that young adult large breed dogs between 6 months and 2 years old get the balanced nutrition they need for growth without excess calories. Ideal levels of protein and fat help balance growth in puppies and help maintain an ideal weight in young adult and adult dogs. New Product/ ingredients

I’m not too sure if they have changed the ingredients or if it’s something else.. I have 2dogs and 4cats. i’ve always used Purina One and never had any problems but for the last 4months whenever my pets consume Purina One (dogs and cats) they are vomiting the food back up. This is not a new diet for them they grew up eating it so this is a little confusing and frustrating when i thought i had the best diet for my pets and in reality i am possibly hurting them. Unfortunately i’ve had to completely switch my pets to IAMS. I have a new puppy so i want to buy the Large Breed Purina One Puppy food but i’m scared. i don’t want to further hurt my babies. If there has been any change to the food even if it’s the smallest detail they should immediately notify us.

something is wrong with it.

The moment I opened the bag I smell something weird. I don’t know what’s going on but I just wasn’t expecting a dog food can smell kinda like trash. However I thought it could be normal so I keep feeding my puppy with it. Then she started to have constant diarrhea and it’s getting worse everyday. So I changed her diet again then she went back to normal. So there is definitely something wrong with this food I am just not happy about this experience.

Great puppy food

My 2 puppies are 10 weeks old and love this bag better than the regular Purina Puppy Food. It also looks healthier for them. Purina One has fuller size kibbles and a lighter powder consistency than the regular version. Buy the 31lb bag.

Good Puppy Food

We switched out 8 week old Great Dane puppy from the adult good he was on when we got him to this puppy food. He loves it and he’s doing great on it. He’s gained 12 lbs in 2 weeks so he’s eating well. The only complaint I have is every scoop leaves crumbly grounds in his bowl. It has chunks of “meat” in it and it’s the perfect size for his little baby teeth.

Came on time and puppy loves her food

We ordered this product, and it shipped on time to our home. The puppy loves her new food, and the pieces are a great size. Typical puppy food had pieces that are too small for our GS puppy and looked like choking hazards. This food was truly meant for a large breed pup.

Great for my puppies

We have 8 dogs and I buy this for my 2 puppies that are a year old and about 65 pounds and still growing. They love it, and it has all the essentials for a healthy growing puppy.

Great puppy food.

Just like the Purina one dog food this puppy food is the bees knees, I'd say more but I'm not actually getting paid for this.

Do not buy this product

I bought purina puppy food for my pup because it has always been a good product. The day after I bought this, I noticed small worms in his water bowl. We had a vet appointment the next day so I didn't worry much. I was feeding him the next morning and I saw worms and what looked like cobwebs in the bag of food. I immediately threw it out and took him to the vet. Thankfully he was fine. I will never buy a purina product again!
