I chatted with a Cynthia , explained I received the wrong pro biotic (forte flora) I received the one for dogs! But as you see, I only have a cat!well after a very lengthy chat, she dropped the call, and Angela picked up asking what she could help me with and I was not happy about having to explain my situation again.. she blamed it on “tech issues” Yeah right. anyway her salutation was to go through a long dragged out process of returning this item, which wasn’t my fault , mind you . Instead of just telling me to donate it, like they’ve done in the past. They want to inconvenience their customers instead for a $30 item when I’ve literally spent thousands there ? Just a little disturbing?!She was very sarcastic after that

Not Sure What Happened

I have been ordering from Chewy for a while.... I received our monthly supply of FortiFlora and when I opened the Chewy box I noticed a piece of tape on the FortiFlora

I have been ordering from Chewy for a while.... I received our monthly supply of FortiFlora and when I opened the Chewy box I noticed a piece of tape on the FortiFlora box. The actual box was covered in the probiotic and when I opened the FortiFlora box I could see that the little packets were all sliced open on the side and that they were empty. All of the actual probiotic was spilled all over the inside of the Chewy box. This was really strange considering I have never been disappointed by Chewy before. Can you refund me or replace this box? Thank you.

Vet recommended and my dogs love it

My 11 year old GSD is prone to gastro issues (intermittent bloody diarrhea/vomiting), and my 9 yesterday old Pitbull is prone to Pancreatitis. Vet recommended I

My 11 year old GSD is prone to gastro issues (intermittent bloody diarrhea/vomiting), and my 9 yesterday old Pitbull is prone to Pancreatitis. Vet recommended I keep them both on this so I just get it autoshipped to me. This (along with slow feeder bowls, and a switch in food to a rx diet) has worked extremely well in helping to resolve some of these issues. Plus the dogs love it. I just mix a packet up in a half cup of water and then pour it over their kibble. It almost smells like a broth (I think its liver flavor.)

This stuff is commonly recommended by vets for dogs with diarrhea and I've used it a few times with different dogs, but it's been in addition to dietary changes, such as a temporary bland diet. I'm not sure that this really contributed to the improvements or if the dogs improved because of the bland diet, meds, etc. I don't think this supplement is bad at all, but I've found that Bernie's Perfect Poops has improved recovery from GI issues in my dogs much quicker than any time I've used FortiFlora over the years. If your vet recommends this, it might be worth a try... but I'll stick to Bernie's now that I've seen it work so well in multiple dogs with different GI issues.

I never received it

I moved 6 months ago and apparently Chewy didn't have my new address (despite being notified by USPS) so it went to the old address and I never received the item

I moved 6 months ago and apparently Chewy didn't have my new address (despite being notified by USPS) so it went to the old address and I never received the item. Oh well, I hated that old address because the vendor delivering for Chewy always walked through my flower garden and plantings so it's just one more reason to hate the old address and be disappointed Chewy all over again! Honestly though, Chewy does an overall B+ job and their staff is mostly great. We just went and bought some pumpkin in a can and fed that to the dog.

I originally received two 30pk of FortiFlora for my dog. But they were coming up on the Best By date, and those live cultures start dieing out soon after. You guys were awesome in sending me replacements. However they were the same Best By date as the last two. I can't use them over a month as they won't be effective. Tiki has digestive issues and I need to have her on probiotics that will work. I don't expect you to send more. Just a note to check expiration dates before sending. Thank you

My Pug has a sensitive tummy and had to go through a round of antibiotics. Whatever you do, do NOT purchase this product from your vet as it is price gouged horribly

Sadie has a sensitive stomach and easily anxious and the bad stormy weathers and traveling has caused her to suffer from irregularities in her bowels for a couple of weeks. We started adding this to her meals (at the recommendation of her vet) and after 3 days or so, she is more regular and the colour and consistency of her bowels have improved significantly and back to normal! Helps that she also loves the flavor - big WIN WIN for us!

Being in the poodle family they are prone to having issues. Jazzy has been perfect and I would never stop giving her this product. I highly recommend it!!!!
