My Maine coon is extremely picky when it comes to food. I’ve seen so many food reviews about this and I just love that this food is specifically made for Maine coons. But unfortunately my kitten is not super interested in it. also seems to be really oily compared to other food we’ve had

Not that they're picky eaters, but both kittens absolutely devour this stuff. The brand was recommended by the breeder and the kittens have been healthy, happy, and growing with this food. When they become adult cats I plan on switching to the adult formula Maine Coon food, which we use right now as cat treats - they like it that much.

Hands Down fav of the kittens

Both my MC Kittens love this kibble. It's the only kibble that is big enough for them to get the crunch they want. I just wish it was healthier. I use this kibble

Both my MC Kittens love this kibble. It's the only kibble that is big enough for them to get the crunch they want. I just wish it was healthier. I use this kibble as a topper, but if they had their way they would it this and only this.

So happy to find this kibble!

Our Maine Coon boy has had a very sensitive stomach since he was a kitten, and is also quite picky. The vet suggested the adult food, which he LOVES, but MC's should

Our Maine Coon boy has had a very sensitive stomach since he was a kitten, and is also quite picky. The vet suggested the adult food, which he LOVES, but MC's should be on kitten food until about 18 months for their growth. So I am very happy to have found the Royal Canin MC kitten food, and he loves it...so no more gross poos for him!

My Maine coon cat loves this food. He was on another kind and did not like it at all. But loves this food.

Chunky bits are a hit!

My kitten has a big jaw and appetite. The bigger bites are perfect for him.

Cats were drawn to it when it was still in the bag.

It helps keep the kittens from eating the adult Maine coon food from Royal Canine.

A Maine Coon breeder recommended this food for my Maine Coon kitten so I purchased a bag. I can only assume that she gets sponsorship income from the owners of Royal Canin. Much to my dismay, after getting it and reading the ingredients, I discovered that the very first ingredient was “chicken byproducts”. This ingredient IS NOT A GOOD BASIS FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE PREMIUM BREED SPECIFIC CAT FOOD! I won’t be purchasing any more of this food and in fact, will not be feeding this bag to my Maine Coon kitten. I certainly am not going to feed my pedigreed kitten less healthful food than I feed my DLH and DSH cats. He is a large breed kitten and requires a much more healthful mix of animal proteins to support his eventual larger structure. I am very disappointed in the breeder that feeds/recommends this for the kittens she sells.
