Best urine destroyer!
Our newest rescue was diagnosed with diabetes and started urinating everywhere! We saw the description of Shop Care Super Enzyme pet Urine and Odor Destroyer on Chewys web site. Just seeing that zoos use it was a selling point for us! You dilute it 50/50 with water. It lasts so long and smells wonderful! I even use it with the Swiffer to mop my floors! Crosby no longer makes puddles for us to slip and break our hips in. And he’s doing great with his diabetes and supplies from Chewy.
The only thing that works
I have tried everything to get rid of the smell of urine on my carpet from a puppy that refuses to potty train and my carpet doesn't smell of urine. But I have find this cheaper. 25.00 w shipping is nuts.
May work but has a very strong odor
I bought this brand after having used Skout’s Honor. Which may have been out of stock. I saw that it said ‘enzyme’ and assumed it would be the same. This may eliminate the odor of urine but the odor that remains is very strong and smells like industrial cleaner. Just a caution if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. Thankfully Chewy was great about refunding so I will order the stuff I usually do

Commercial grade odor eliminator that actually works! Read the directions people! Use with cold water to mop floors or put in a spray bottle for carpet hot spots. You will smell the difference.
Shop care enzyme
I purchased this stain remover and I was not sure about putting it in the carpet cleaner so I called the company. A young woman answered and she was not sure so she asked me to hold and she would ask questions. She was very helpful and kind and even called me back when she found more information I have NEVER had anyone call me back the product took the smell out of the carpet after it dried unfortunately not so much on the stains but I tried so many other products that it was never fix the color..Thank You Please forward this review to the company
Better than most
Better than any other odor eliminator but still lacking. It completely neutralizes until it dries. Then odor returns
Solution to my problem
We rescued an older dog that was used in a puppy mill. She has yet to learn to use the bathroom outside. This product works wonders for me on my rugs.
Liked the Protect
I take care of the stray cats in the neighborhood. I let them in my garage when it's cold or storming. Need less to say my garage stinks. This is the on product the kills the smell. I like the fragrance of it.
It works.
I have an older dog who has started having accidents in the house. I have been struggling with trying to get rid of the urine smell from my carpets. This product seems to remove the smell and the stain. It smells similar to other products I have used in the past. Unlike the other products, this one works. My only regret is that I should have bought a larger bottle.
The only one that works!
This Shop Care enzyme is the only product I've tried that deters marking. A dog's sense of smell is so sensitive he will detect a previously marked spot and reuse it, regardless of how well you clean it with standard products. The enzymes apparently devour the urine bacteria. When the odor is gone, the house no longer registers to the dog as an "ok place to mark." I saw some improvement immediately, and after about a week, the indoor marking has almost stopped. The product scent is plant based and is light, fresh, and dissipates quickly. Don't waste money on other odor removers. Only the enzymes will remove the urine odor so a dog doesn't detect it.
