Scratch posts falling apart

This must’ve been meant for a declawed cat because the scratch part of the tower has been falling apart since shortly after buying all because my cats are using

This must’ve been meant for a declawed cat because the scratch part of the tower has been falling apart since shortly after buying all because my cats are using it for its intended purpose. I’ve had it for about five months and this is what it looks like now. I’ve had to keep trimming the rope that falls off of it so it isn’t strung all across the room. I’m honestly surprised I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue in the reviews.

This product again was very easy to assemble and lightweight which i didnt realize would equate to low quality and less of a life span. It has barely held on for the three months it has been in use. Structurally it is doing better than the smaller one I purchased at the same time, however this one the carpet area on the post has started to fall off and not due to the kitties scratching. So on the hunt for another one that is both attractive and reasonably priced with better quality.

I’m so happy with my green cat tree. It looks great in my home, and my cats took to it right away. The structure is sturdy and well built, the fabric feels soft and comfortable, and the height gives my cats the perfect spot to climb, perch, and nap. The color is a fun touch too it adds a nice pop without being overwhelming. Overall, it’s become one of their favorite hangout spots.

He loves it, a lot! Sadly, it was not constructed for major cat passion and in 3 months, I've repaired it twice where the fur posts are. For some reason the soft fur is preferred over the better for clawing jute rope. So its the fur that needs help to stand against Andi's passionate clawing!!

I got this item on sale for about $30, but even at full price it is good because it's a nice size cat tree with scratching posts. Usually one or the other will cost the same price. Not sure how replacing the posts will go once that's needed but for now it's a great deal for a good quality product.
