What chemicals are used in the filters that are causing my cats and kittens not only chewing on the filters but have now pulled half of them out of the filter sleeve? They didnt do this with the original filters that came with the litter boxes.

The Pure ness air filter Item# F6 has zeolite in it, which is a natural mineral that removes ammonia odors from the air. This filter is not intended to be chewed one and when properly installed should not be accessible to your pet.

This air filter is to be used inside the tops/lids of enclosed cat pans. Use 1 for the large model and 2 for the extra-large models.

The Only Place I’ve Ever Seen Them!

I have three of the litter boxes with the vented tops, and they all came with these filters. As time went by I felt the need to change the filter, but it wasn’t

I have three of the litter boxes with the vented tops, and they all came with these filters. As time went by I felt the need to change the filter, but it wasn’t available. I looked in the drugstores, grocery stores, pet specialty shops, you name it I asked how to get replacement filters and just got blank stares. Should have known Chewy would have them, and at a good price! I’ve changed all the old filters and am going to get a half dozen more just to have on hand. Thanks Chewy!

Works very well.

I bought a new covered litter box and this brand come with the box, so I purchased extra. Love it so far. You can't tell there is a box in the house.

Good for for our litter box

The terrible way my order was delivered.

The boxes were delivered open and damaged. Everything inside was wet and the boxes smelled like mold. It was awful.
