When used as directed, this aspirin should not cause any concerns. In fact, your veterinarian may recommend that you give aspirin with a meal to help reduce the chance of digestive upset. Please remember that every animal can react to treatments differently and we recommend speaking with your vet to recommend the right option for your pet.

My Rottweiler pup was playing and slid and sprained his "ankle". My vet suggested Vetality. It helped relieve swelling and pain. Along with wrapping and keeping in the Jeep where he couldn't act like a wild thing, he healed quickly. Now he landed wrong coming down the steps at 16 months and this helped again. Not for all the time but for non-life threatening pain it is so perfect to have on hand. Very pleased. My vet suggested and gave me peace of mind....

Aspirin that serves its purpose and appropriate for dogs. However, the smell almost knocked me off my feet. I assume the liver is the culprit. I am leaving the lid off to keep the odor from concentrating in the container. My dogs don’t particularly like it as a chewable, so I put it in a glob of wet food. Again, I suspect the odor gives their smeller spasms.

Not sure why so many people have just posted "Don't give this to your dog" other than they think aspirin is bad for everyone, even people. Aspirin is not only a pain reliever but also an anti-inflammatory unlike the other pain relievers out there. The inflammation is usually what is causing the pain.

I think my girl may be getting arthritis in her front leg but I need to take her to the vet to get more tests. She started limping a bit, especially after lying down. She also goes down the stairs very slowly. It seemed like it started happening out of the blue so it may be a muscle or ligament issue. In any case, I was happy that Bella gobbled these right up which is a huge plus. They seemed to help for a day or two but then she would start limping again. I don't think it's the medicines fault, she may just need something else prescribed. Off to the doggie doc we go!

So happy I found these!

I have a senior dog that has arthritis and I’m avoiding him being on a shot to help with pain. This was my last try at something alternative and it works so well!

I have a senior dog that has arthritis and I’m avoiding him being on a shot to help with pain. This was my last try at something alternative and it works so well! He’s only needed a full 24hr dose once in maybe a year and I’m on the same bottle. He’s a big boy so he’s at 2 every 12hrs if needed but his first dose is all he needs usually. I only give him this when I notice he’s stiffness is coming because it’ll get so bad he can’t sit or lay down. This helps me prevent it getting that bad and gives him his comfort back! I recommend this to anyone with a dog that has arthritis or other inflammatory joint pain.

Occasional achy musles

Tori is an obsessive compulsive retriever, but sometimes she over does it. One aspirin for a couple of days in these cases makes her much more comfortable.
