How long in between baths does the lidocaine and other ingredients relieve itching and other symptoms for?

The lidocaine and hydro-cortisone provide quick relief to affected areas and help reduce the urge to itch, bite, or gnaw at affected areas. This will continue to relieve itching between baths.

My dog always tries to lick shampoo off her fur when getting a bath. If my dog licks some of the shampoo, will it harm her?

This shampoo should not be ingested. While bathing your pet, it's recommended to put a cone around your pet's neck to prevent them from licking until the bath is finished and your pet is dried.

soothing for irritated skin

my cat has a greasy coat and itchy skin condition that requires him to have a bath every 2 wks (ugh!) which is not always possible but can go 3 wks max. his vet

my cat has a greasy coat and itchy skin condition that requires him to have a bath every 2 wks (ugh!) which is not always possible but can go 3 wks max. his vet recommended 1/2 zyrtec allergy pill daily helps with itchiness but the shampoo rids the greasy furcost and soothes his irritated skin, esp if i can't manage the bathing twice a month. it is mild, smells nice without being too perfumy which would annoy my cat who is sensitive tomstrong scents of any kind.

Amazing product

This product is a miracle..i already had a bottle. My dog developed staph and when i tell you it helps if you use it as directed. And i purchased the spray also

Relief From Itching

Hard to say with a dog with allergies exactly what the trigger is. Pixel had a very bad night, so I decided to try the new shampoo the next day. We had a vet appointment

Hard to say with a dog with allergies exactly what the trigger is. Pixel had a very bad night, so I decided to try the new shampoo the next day. We had a vet appointment the same week. The vet asked how she was before the shampoo on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 keeping me up all night. I raised my hand on that one. After the bath, I’d give her a 3 to 4. Quite an improvement. I will try to give it the twice a week as needed recommendation. It may be that with winter, her itching will subside anyway. Chlorhexidine shampoo did not make a difference, so I thought we should go another route, and so far, very pleased.

Life saver

Barney was always itching so bad he had hot spots and alot of crusty scabs all over his poor body. First I used the Shampoo then this awesome spray It made his coat

Barney was always itching so bad he had hot spots and alot of crusty scabs all over his poor body. First I used the Shampoo then this awesome spray It made his coat super soft and I'm happy to say hardly no scratching and all his crusty scabs are gone! I'll be buying this again

It works. Not simple to use

Be warned you need to leave this on your dog for at least 10mins without them licking it. I had to use a cone, so that was a process. My mini schnauzer gets pretty

Be warned you need to leave this on your dog for at least 10mins without them licking it. I had to use a cone, so that was a process. My mini schnauzer gets pretty aggitated waiting 10mins for the shampoo and another for the conditioner but it works. Its extremely itchy paws were soothed after the first application. The second and third applications made things even better.

Our Lab/golden retriever puppy (8 months) had been incredibly itchy the last few months. I decided to try this out and since washing with this (we lathered her up and massaged it for about 10 minutes before rinsing) she has not been scratching or biting her “problem spots”. She seems more relaxed and less itchy. I am definitely going to keep using.
