Read instructions re dog NOT eating. My Golden though doesn’t read nor does she speak English. Thus despite my efforts she didn’t chew it, she ate it despite my attempts to remove from her mouth. As a Golden owner I’m experienced at removal from mouth NOW. She’s not a chow hound, takes food & treats very respectful, almost delicate. Despite that she refused to relinquish. Just too dangerous & a risk not willing to take again due to her heart arrhythmia m. Any surgery requires a cardiologist be present. These chews are just too much of a risk for her.

Potential trouble?

My two Shelties became ill at approximately the same time with inappetence, vomiting and diarrhea. After veterinary exams and lab work, they were diagnosed with

My two Shelties became ill at approximately the same time with inappetence, vomiting and diarrhea. After veterinary exams and lab work, they were diagnosed with pancreatitis. After reviewing all the history and context of their illness, my veterinarian believes the most likely cause was the VeggieDent Zen Dental Chews. She advised me to submit an "adverse event" report to the Virbac company, which I did. We will probably never know if the Chews were responsible because the company indicated they had no plans to test the product following my report. It MAY NOT BE RELATED, but it cannot be ruled out. I am curious if anyone else has experienced this, in particular, with an official diagnosis of pancreatitis. Time frame is May-June 2025. Chewy was their normal, helpful self, with a complete refund and a clear desire to look into the matter. Thankfully, hospitalization was not required. One dog is back to 100% normal. The other is doing well, but remains on Hills I/d for a while as a precaution. (My dogs absolutely LOVED the VeggieDent chews - based on their temporary pleasure I give one star )

Comfort of brushing

I learned about this from the boarding facility during the meeting and greet. This brush makes it so easy to groom painlessly. I used it on my dogs and 2 of my neighbors
