Problem with delivery

The package was left in front of the garage door - not my front porch - had it not been for a neighbor - I wouldn’t have known it was there for who knows when -

Good price

The bag is a good price and the product seems to be good quality. My only gripe is with the closure. It's nice that the bag can be closed, but the velcro-style strips

The bag is a good price and the product seems to be good quality. My only gripe is with the closure. It's nice that the bag can be closed, but the velcro-style strips aren't ideal for small seeds like nyjer. The seeds fit between the gaps and can prevents it from making a decent seal. Not a big deal, as I don't rely on the bag as the only container for the seeds, but it could be improved.

Possibly stale nyjer seed

Only happened once before. Emptied feeder tubes and filled with Wagner's Nyjer seed. No gold finches showed other than to take (test?) bites nd then fly off.

Only happened once before. Emptied feeder tubes and filled with Wagner's Nyjer seed. No gold finches showed other than to take (test?) bites nd then fly off. After waiting a few weeks I ordered Kaytee's Nyjer. After 24 hrs the first gold finches arrived and are happily devouring the new seed. Also FYI when I had the same situation once before I resorted to Kaytee's. It's reassuring to have success and Gold Finches as well aaas house finches. I have most of the 'old'/stale (?) seed in a large 1 gal pitcher deciding what to do with it. Thought you would be interested because a 'bad go' has the potential of customers going on the internet and shopping elsewhere. Thank you!

I read that finches really like nyjer seed, so I bought some prefilled net “socks” with about a pound of seen each. We suddenly had finches in our yard all daylight

I read that finches really like nyjer seed, so I bought some prefilled net “socks” with about a pound of seen each. We suddenly had finches in our yard all daylight hours. This bulk bag of nyjer seed is a bargain. I still use the soft net bags, filling them by hand from this big bag. Buy the bundle of two bags and save even more. Believe me, the birds are putting on a big show for these seeds.
