This recipe has a phosphorus content of 0.88% on an as-fed basis (0.96% on a dry matter basis).
Wellness recently changed this . The kibbles are much smaller now, and it lacks aroma. How does Wellness Core Grain Free Indoor Formula and Wellness Complete Health Natural Grain Free Deboned Chicken & Chicken Meal compare to this as regards kibble size and aroma?

The Wellness Complete Health is made to meet the specific needs to support a less active, indoor lifestyle of cats. Wellness CORE Grain-Free is higher in protein, grain and gluten free for cats with allergies. The sizes of kibble will be slightly similar but the aroma in the Wellness CORE may be stronger compared to the Wellness Complete Health.

Good food but my cat won't eat it

Don't let the 2 star review fool you. Wellness makes an excellent food, for dogs and cats. However, my cat won't eat it. She prefers a cheap food that offers no real nutrition. I tried for days to get her to eat this, mixing it with her old food, to no avail. I finally gave up. I'm going to donate this to my local shelter and keep buying the food my cat will eat.

Not one likes it

I have 5 cats and try to feed quality foods. This one says good rating but, not one cat would eat it and I was shocked. Not cheap food!

small kibble size

She used to be on the grain free version of this food and did enjoy it. We had to switch to a different brand the the kibble pieces were bigger. Now that we are back on this food she just swallows the kibble whole because it’s a lot smaller! Would recommend slow feeder bowl or smaller/more frequent meals so it doesn’t swell too much in their tummies. Great quality food! but small kibble size.

Probably good but cat will not eat it

I know this is a quality product and that is why I tried to switch my cat over to it. He will not eat it. (neither flavor that I bought) I have tried to slowly add it in to the other food and he leaves this food in the bowl. I have tried to blend in the other flavor with it and leaves both in the bowl. I have tried to see if he will eat when he's hungry enough and he just drinks lots of water to make up for his hunger. I hate to leave a 1 because this is probably really good food and really good for him if he would just eat it, but he just will not eat this or the salmon flavor I bought with it.

My cat Lola is very happy!

I was running out of the food that I had (which was not the food I usually feed Lola but at the time I had no choice but she did like it). I needed to replace it with a more healthy food and one that she likes (healthy being more important) . : ) I do my due diligence when it comes to her food and I have looked at Wellness before. I did give her Fromm but all of a sudden she didn't want it anymore. Lola is too fat and this food may help her loose some weight along with cutting her back on how much I feed her. I digress, Lola is very happy with Wellness and I will keep her on it and give her wet food also. Thank you for being there for our fur babies and always delivering so quickly. I would recommend Chewy to anyone that's how happy I am with you. Lola thanks you!!

My cat isn't a fan

At his foster home, my cat was eating Purina Naturals Cat Chow. I thought I would switch him to this slightly healthier food, but he won't eat it, even mixed with his old food. He just picks around it. I'm disappointed because I trust Wellness, but Winston just doesn't like it.

Cats loves it

The cats love the new food. I was giving them grain free and they lost too much weight. Time to fatten them up a bit.
