I purchase this item for my cay exactly 2 months ago, and the section with the hammock on it totally felt off while my cat was on it. Thank God she was not harm,

I purchase this item for my cay exactly 2 months ago, and the section with the hammock on it totally felt off while my cat was on it. Thank God she was not harm, but she is shaken up. I check up the item, and realized pieces of cardboard had fallen off, because the item was very well secured. I contacted chewy and requested a refund since I do not feel safe with this item or brand at all. It is terrible to sell this type of items for pets when they could get hurt, I hope they take it off the market.

At first, he was afraid to get on the top level for some reason, but I don’t have itagainst the wall right now and that’s probably why he also doesn’t like the round kind of open basket area, again he’s probably afraid, but itfeels pretty sturdy. It was easy to put together for the most part but not entirely. I followed the instructions but it didn’t come out right so then I had to refer to the photo and then do a few pieces to make it right. But overall, I’m very happy with it.

Don’t even know if we like it yet. It’s still laying on a work table. We had to walk away, will try to finish it tomorrow. Have to make a trip to a hardware store for the missing screw. I do not recommend this brand, pay more get one that’s better

Both cats have their own spot and love this tree so much! The circle attachment is very wobbly so they mostly use it for jumping around
