what replacement filter pads do I get

The Medium Zilla Reptile Terrarium Filter Replacement Cartridges should be used with the 20 gallon filter and the Large Filter Replacement Cartridges should be used with the 40 gallon filter.
Is the Zilla Aquatic Reptile Internal Aquarium Filter supposed to create foamy bubbles? The reptile is a tiny turtle.

This product creates bubbles on the surface of the water. This filter is designed for terrariums that hold turtles and other aquatic animals. Check out the video below.
How clouds the water splash. The one I have is sooo loud??

The sound of the water falling is relative to the distance it has to fall. The farther the water is from the lip of the filter, the louder the water splash will be. If you can keep the water level up so it is close to the outlet of the filter, it will be much quieter.
Will this work for a low level water fall,about 2 inch of water,in tank?

The water level needs to be at least halfway up the filter but below the lip. If using the 20 gallon filter (5 x 4 x 8 inches), you'd need a water level of at least 4 inches and for the 40 gallon filter (6.5 x 6 x 11.25 inches), you'd need a water level of at least 6 inches.

doesn't last long

I have one of these in my Pixie Frog setup, so it only runs through about 10 gallons of water. And yet I've had to replace it twice in the past year. If I could find something else to work for my setup, I would.

Fingers Crossed!

SO FAR SO GOOD! Cleaned my 40 gallon in only a couple hours and seems very powerful! The poor reviews make me nervous it will eventually stop working but fingers crossed!

Stopped working 120 days after purchase.

Filter was very loud, stopped working 120 days after I purchased it. I had to constantly change filters or else the filter would start gurgling. Overall a waste of money.

Satisfied customer

So far this pump works better than ones I've had before. Because my turtle cannot get to the filter like other ones. Only thing I did not care for is the piece that goes on the front inside to protect the filter does not stay in place very well

Junk filter

This filter is junk. Upgraded my turtle tank to a 40gal so upgraded the filter. My tank has never been so cloudy. A month after having it it’s making weird gurgling & banging sounds. Now on the search for a new filter and this one is for the garbage

fiblers tank

I recommend 100% I was having to clean my turtles tank every 3 or so days afterward I brought it can keep my turtles tank for months if u keep up w filters and of course other cleaning stuff

Dont buy this filter

I barely had this item 1 month & the water pump motor died
