What is the difference between this product and the regular Zymox Ear Cleanser?

Zymox Veterinary Strength Dog & Cat Ear Cleanser contains Coco-Glucoside while Zymox Ear Cleanser for Dogs & Cats contains Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate.
Can I use this before use with the Zymox Plus or the original zymox Otic enzymatic solution? Will it affect the way the other products work?

Zymox Ear Cleanser is the only ear cleaner recommended for use with Zymox Otic Enzymatic Solution because it will not interfere with the activity of the Zymox Three Point Enzyme System.
My Vet recommended I purchase an ear wash with a drying agent for my Pug. Does this have that drying agent?

This cleanser does not contain drying agents.
Is this product safe to use if my cat has an open cut on the outer edge of his ear?

While this product contains no harsh chemicals, added artificial cleansers or other irritants and is safe for use on even the most sensitive of ears, it's not advised to use on irritated ears. We recommend avoiding the cut if possible.
