Albon (sulfadimethoxine) Oral Suspension 5% for Dogs & Cats, 16-oz

Advertised 24-48 hour approval and delivery, which was good. But when delivering there was no string given or a bottle stopper to draw up. I mean it’s a liquid medication, who has 1ml syringes lying around the house. I mean I have a toddler but I used my extra stock of syringes that I use for work as a hospice nurse. So they could do a little better in my opinion especially if people don’t have common knowledge of drawing up meds and will just estimate if they got a medicine cup for cough syrup which is usually 5ml. That can be unsafe for the animal. Especially if it’s weight based medication.

One of the kitties we rescued last week was very thin, less than 5lbs (4 years old!) with a drippy nose and sneezes. Hopefully this works quickly! Easy to administer and she consumed it without too much fuss.

I ordered this for puppies and it took almost 3 weeks to get to me. the delay was because of a different drug I also ordered and the confusion over that drug's label (canine vs. equine for the exact same product) - I do not understand why this script for a different dog - was held up so that it all could come in one box. I also ordered a toy at the same time and THAT was shipped separately - there was no hurry on the toy!

Coccidiosis medicine in flavored liquid is easy to administer to my pets. Much better than trying to get them to swallow tablets with peanut butter, liverwurst, etc.
