I Finally Outsmarted My Dog
My GSD/Husky cross has anxiety. She has a huge problem with lick granulomas. I would wrap her paws in vet wrap, and I used a plastic, see-through cone. She would lick the vet wrap off of her paws and she ended up breaking the plastic cone that I paid $30 for. I was so defeated, until I saw this. I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. First off, the velcro is STRONG! There’s no way it will undo itself, and it completely eliminates the worry that it will break like the plastic cones. The cone it’s self is cushy, so she can lay in her bed with it on and still be comfy. The measurements are really easy. I got the XL for her and it fits perfect. GET THIS if your dog is contrary and you need a GOOD, RELIABLE cone!
Disappointed.
I've been desperately searching for a soft cone to replace our last one. For some reason the previous one is impossible to find. This definitely was not a solution. This is the smallest XL cone I've ever seen in my life. It'd be a joke if I wasn't really excited for him to finally have a new comfy cone, only to be deeply disappointed. This is not a cone I'd ever recommend for large breeds. Especially not for keeping long legged dogs from their paws.
Sizes are difficult!
This cone is nice and soft, and our dog doesn't mind it too much. However, the sizing is basically impossible - we tried the small long (8") but he could still reach a lot of his body, so we tried to medium long (12") and it's just ridiculously too big - he can't really do anything except sleep in it. Having the regular medium be like 2 inches longer would be great, but it's also listed as 8". The only one listed as 10" long is the Large, which would definitely be too big on the neck. I know sizing for dogs is really challenging, so I'd still recommend this cone as a nice alternative to the hard plastic cones, but measure carefully and hopefully your dog will fit better than mine!
GREAT Cone
My poor elderly cocker spaniel has had so many ailments and procedures due to bad ears and eyes, this cone after vet surgery and procedures has been so essential that we have 4 of them, we rotate to keep it clean. You can wipe them clean but at times they just need a good hand wash and dry. Great product!
Rests better
I was worried about my dogs peripheral vision with the darker frame, however she doesn’t seem to be effected at all-even on our stairs when she’s too eager to wait to have it removed. The material is such that it cushions her face while she rests, molding to her contours, however is still stiff enough to prevent her from reaching her injury MOST of the time. We have caught her pushing past the collar to get to her leg. With the separate extension offered I believe this problem would be elevated.
Sturdy
I was so afraid my beabull would tare the cone apart but he never did. I had to leave it on him for about 2 weeks to let a wound heal. When I would take it off him he was so excited to put it back on. He did get ahold of it and ran around like he was doing something but never tore it up. He's an extremely heavy chewer so I was surprised it lasted without any damage! Great product, thank you!
Excellent collar
This collar has worked out great. Our little dog needs to wear this collar almost 24-7 due to a skin condition. She didn't like it at first, but now it doesn't seem to bother her. It is built very well and is holding up to daily use.
Comfortable
My dogs loves it! It’s easier on his neck and he can eat, drink, and sleep better with it on. The plastic cone from his surgery would dig into his neck and he was getting sore there. The Velcro closure is good enough that I don’t have to use a cord to tie it. It’s easy to remove and put on.

I had to review this cyclone of a cone!! This one is so easy to use and my girl can’t eat this one. That edging is great to find my dog in the dark! Pretty cool looking! Maybe I’ll do a video? Great product for my girl and me.
Dog Collar
Dog collar was way to heavy for my dog and the black fabric made it very hard for him to walk around.
