Welcome to Chewy Vet Care! Chewy Vet Care consists of veterinary clinical services and related non-clinical services that support your access to and use of those clinical services (collectively, the “Chewy Vet Care Services”). Chewy, Inc. and certain of its affiliates provide the non-clinical services, including the websites, mobile applications, and other related features. The veterinary clinical services are provided by applicable entities as listed below (collectively, the “Chewy Vet Care Practices”). Some Chewy Vet Care Practices are affiliates of Chewy, Inc., while others are independently owned. Some Chewy Vet Care Practices operate more than one Chewy Vet Care location.
These Chewy Vet Care Terms and Conditions supplement the Chewy Terms of Use (including the arbitration agreement and dispute resolution proceedings) and Chewy Privacy Policy. Before using Chewy Vet Care Services please read the Chewy Terms of Use and Chewy Privacy Policy, these Chewy Vet Care Terms and Conditions, Chewy Vet Care Frequently Asked Questions, the Informed Consent and Financial Responsibility Acknowledgement, and all other applicable rules, policies, and terms provided (including any treatment-specific document) on the Chewy Vet Care website or in the Chewy Vet Care location you visit (collectively, the “Terms”). By registering for Chewy Vet Care through your Chewy Account or using Chewy Vet Care Services you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use Chewy Vet Care Services.
CHEWY VET CARE OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS
Chewy Vet Care does not provide 24-hour emergency care. If your pet requires care outside of our business hours, please call 1-877-DR-CHEWY (1-877-372-4399) or contact an emergency veterinary facility near you.
MODIFICATIONS
Except as required by applicable law, we may, at any time without prior notice, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or any part of the Chewy Vet Care Services, limit features of or your access to the Site, or suspend or terminate your Chewy Account. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from or relating to these actions.
CHEWY VET CARE REGISTRATION
You need a Chewy Account to use the Chewy Vet Care Services. To ensure full access to Chewy Vet Care Services, it is important that you keep your Chewy Account information accurate and current.
PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND PRICING
Chewy, Inc. may offer products and services, including its own and those from third parties, through Chewy Vet Care. Some items might only be sold online or in limited amounts. Chewy, Inc. has the right to refuse to sell any products or services to you. Chewy, Inc. also has the right not to make the products or services available in any geographic region or jurisdiction, especially if there is suspicion of fraud or illegal activities. Prices and details of products and services offered on or through Chewy Vet Care or the Site are subject to change without notice. Each Chewy Vet Care Practice sets its own prices.
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
For wellness, sick, urgent, or follow-up appointments, you will be charged the full price for the appointment if you miss an appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time.
Scheduled surgeries, dental visits and some other procedures require a deposit upfront. This deposit won't be refunded or credited toward any future visits if you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time.
CHEWY VET CARE PRACTICES
The veterinary clinical services from Chewy Vet Care are provided directly by the applicable Chewy Vet Care Practice. Chewy, Inc. and certain of its affiliates providing the non-clinical services for Chewy Vet Care are not responsible for any action or failure to act with respect to the veterinary clinical services.
