Feeding Instructions

Keep a fresh supply of wild bird food in your feeders to attract a variety of birds. For best results, place different feeder types at varying heights near shrubs, trees or birdhouses that offer protection for the birds while feeding. Clean and dry feeders often to allow free flowing product and to keep toxic mold, caused by damp weather, from contaminating feed. Remember to offer a fresh source of water.

    My yard is a Spa!!

By pegi on Jul 12, 2021

I have always loved Cardinals and rarely got to see any in my backyard. I decided to get a bird feeder specifically for the little birds to protect them from squirrels. I used this food to tempt them and now I have all kinds and sizes of Cardinals and other birdies in my yard!!

    I don't recommend this brand

By Barbie on Jul 9, 2021

I would love this if not always full of trash. I've yet to buy a bag of this that wasn't full of sticks and other debris that I have to pick out.

    Birds really like it!

By Phil on Jan 19, 2021

I have purchased this bird seed three years in a row. It is clean and reasonably priced. I have not received a complaint from a single bird.

Birds seem to really enjoy this bird food. They wait in the nearby bushes to line up.

    Great Quality Feed

By RedInDenver on Sep 5, 2019

I was buying a cheaper food which had a lot of those small, brown seeds -- which NO birds seem to like, so there was always a lot of mess left over in the feeding area. I also rarely saw any colorful birds there. THIS feed is much better. The birds seem to love it, and I've seen not only cardinals, but also really beautiful yellow- and orange-colored birds out there. I think this feed may be a little more expensive, but the quality is SO much better, and it's worth it to see all the colorful birds back in the feeding area.

    The birds love it

    By Ljt714 on May 3, 2019

I have a very large extended family of Cardinals who arrive several times daily to eat. Changing to this food has brought them even more often during the day. Before they would show up a couple of times a day. Now at least one or two of them are at the feeder almost constantly! I have been looking for just the right food for them and I have finally found it! I have other varieties of birds who also continue to show up for their daily meals as well.

    The birds hated it

By Toby on Apr 13, 2019

Go figure. The Only thing different than the normal routine was the food. Feeders in exact same location, same time of morning to feed and Zero birds would eat it. I tried for a week and they refused to eat it. Nothing was different, same hot humid weather, same location. LOVE CHEWY, birds hated the food
