Problem with packaging and delivery

#1. The bag of birdseed was opened or torn at the bottom. I have no idea how much was lost. # 2. Please stop using FedEx for delivery. The delivery instructions

The delivery instructions on my profile requests delivery at front door. About 1 in 3 deliveries is at my front door. This delivery was at my garage, not the front door.

I purchase 3 - 10 pound bags of Sunflower Hearts and Chips. However, after examining all 3 bags, I couldn’t find a single sunflower hearts. All CHIPS! I purchased

I purchase 3 - 10 pound bags of Sunflower Hearts and Chips. However, after examining all 3 bags, I couldn’t find a single sunflower hearts. All CHIPS! I purchased the exact same item by the same company from somewhere else earlier. It contains mostly hearts. I’m confused and disappointed to say the least.

I'm very disappointed in this product. The sunflower pieces are so tiny, they are more like cornstarch. Very messy and I don't think the birds like it so much

I got this to mix with the bird food I purchase. I add other ingredients, such as sunflower hearts, millet, safflower & mealworms to appeal to more birds. It was a hit with all of them, though the starlings also liked it a lot & they invited their parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. I haven't bought it again for that reason. It took months to discourage the starlings. It was certainly popular with all of the birds, so if you don't mind the starlings, I'd recommend it.
